Stay with family here. The apartment is clean, the facilities are cool, the location is also strategic to go anywhere near. Recommended! Next time I go to SBY, I want to stay here again.

The AC in the room wasn't cold at all, until I went to bed at night and woke up sweating too hot
The bedside lamp next to the bed also didn't turn on
Luckily the service was quite satisfactory, asked to move rooms straight away and the AC in the other room was cold

For the location, it is close to the tourist market and dining, quite close to the airport. But the minus is that there is no mini soap/toothpaste, no tissues, no drinking water. The reason in the room is said that it saves plastic. Well, you can produce liquid soap that refills on the wall, and if you want to drink water, it can be provided in the gallon dispenser in front of the room, then visitors will press it by themselves. I have reduced plastic because I don't use a bottled drink. Emang may be the only hotel who really screams about the facilities, even though I returned to the comfort and rating of the hotel alone

Mantap, bangunan masih baru tahun 2025, lokasi dekat dengan bandara juanda, cocok buat yang mau transit.
Kamar mandi bersih, wifi lancar, ac dingin jendela bisa dibuka, suasana tenang. Dekat dengan musholla.
Furnitur juga masih baru, smart tv, springbed, ada dapur bersama,dan kantin snack. Wifinya kencang.
Sudah setara hotel bintang 3, dengan harga yang sangat murah
Semoga kualitas bisa dipertahankan
Mungkin perlu ditambah gantungan baju dikamar mandi.

Perfect location for airport transit. Service is excellent, fast response via their Whatsapp too. Breakfast offers many options. Free Airport pick up and drop-off is very helpful. Only around 10 minutes away from Juanda.
