Premier Inn Leamington Spa Town Centre

Excellent location and warm friendly welcome. Room was fairly small for a family room for 3. My other son’s room was made on the same booking but two floors away so this wasn’t ideal. His room window looked straight out to a brick wall. Our sink plug kept getting stuck. This was annoying and obviously a know problem. It made our sink virtually unusable. Overall not really up to the usual standards we expect of the purple hotels

The location is brilliant and close to many places to eat out at (I’d recommend the Thai place which is about 4 shops down). The staff were very welcoming , beds are amazing and comfy- I’m not a great sleeper but slept like a log! The shower was great and the room was lovely and clean. You HAVE TO try the breakfast! Amazing value for money and great food too!

Not up to the usual standard. Despite paying for the higher spec room the bed felt worn out and the ultimate WiFi signal was very poor. Had to go onto the main landing to get a reliable full strength signal. Brownie crumbs on the swivel chair. Not as good as usual.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel was in a perfect location for local tourist spots and lots of restaurants. Room was very large, clean and very quiet. The breakfast was very good and kids ate free. Car park is 5 minutes around the corner, east to locate.

We only stayed one night, sadly, but we would definitely return to this town centre Premier Inn. We arrived late in the evening, and the reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful - especially as there was a fault with the main door, which took a little time to solve. Our Premier Plus room was large and well-equipped, and clean in all the areas of real importance, but it was a little dusty - lights especially so, and there was fluff and someone's old receipt under the bed. This is the reason for deducting one star. However, we couldn't fault the breakfast offering - again, the staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble, there was plenty of choice and the hot food selection was delicious - probably the best Premier Inn breakfast we've ever had!
