Clean room despite being old, looks renovated and new paint. The shower is hard to control, it’s either too hot or cold

High for value hotel, close to metro, handy transport takes 30-40min to downtown sightseeing area. Great friendly service. Strong water pressure and heater, fast internet. Please note there is no kettle, fridge and the facility is dated. Extra charge for parking. I was travelling alone so really great for value. Would book again!

Hotel is at a generally good enough location. It is very near Van Ness-UDC line which connects us to the central of DC. Quiet place that suits what we need. A good rest. There isn’t much amenities in the hotel but good enough.

This is very nice experience for living in the hotel. All my memories are left here and I hope we can see you again. Thanks to the DC.

An old hotel needs to be refurbished ASAP. Not very clean and bathrooms give the impression one has checked into a hospital. The staff is rude and unprofessional. If there is a time set for Checkout and the do not disturb sign is on the knob outside why does housekeeping have to knock on the doors two hours earlier. When checking out the lady in the counter mistreated to customers with a rude attitude, so I just proceeded to hand her the cards and walk out. Not a recommendable choice I would defiinitly avoid it in tue future.

Great location for Chinese visa, good restaurants nearby, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay.

It is an old hotel. Location is pretty good, you can reach it with metro. They do not have wifi connection, hot water is coming after an hour. The floor of bathroom was not clean. Furniture is detrited.

The hotel was grungy, understaffed, and poorly maintained. The room was not clean. I usually don’t complain about staff because they are under so much pressure, but this experience deserves a mention. There was only staff/receptionist at any given point at the front desk, leading to long queues of people waiting. Due to their workload, there was a general sense of grumpiness and frustration. It was not a welcoming place. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel undergoes a serious overhaul.

I like the hotel but to use the stuff there is so complicated that it took me a while to use the shower , tv remote and the hair dryer.

It's quite alright we feel relatively safe even though there homeless people around the vicinity of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my visit

This hotel is solid for people who aren't expecting too much. The rooms are big enough, the bathroom is clean, and there is also a TV! For the price, it is definitely worth it. It's also right near the metro!!
