location is nice, it's about a 20 minute walk from Foggy Bottom and about 25 from Rosslyn (through Key Bridge). but there are some buses on M Street that run quite frequently. the room is nice and cozy. i chose this because it's close to Georgetown campus. the price is reasonable for a couple; it was a bit high for me as a solo traveler.

Nico was super accommodating. He let us wheel our bikes straight back into our room so they didn’t have to stay outside. There were snacks and drinks out for us your arrival and he even made parking very simple for us. The garden out back was stocked with wood in the fire pit and a lighter. The location in Georgetown is within walking distance of all sort of shopping and eating destinations. We chose this place randomly only because my husband is called Poppy by our grandchildren. We got very lucky!

The location is very close to the famous street, the White House, a few minutes walk to Georgetown University, the health is also very good, the 1305 restaurant downstairs is very good and worth trying! Very central hotel (in Georgetown). Excellent rooms. Wonderful service. Only issue when I was there was the kitchen was down due to a small fire the night before. I was warned about this just before my stay. Then, the elevators broke down for an evening. The staff made up for it.

This hotel is good in all aspects, the front desk service is good, we have a few friends staying together, it feels like this, the room and other facilities are OK, it is very convenient to drive from the airport and follow the navigation.

Excellent hotel, central in Georgetown. Superb service, top-notch fitness facility, very good restaurant. All the staff at the Four Seasons are super friendly and helpful. Rooms super quiet and very well appointed. I was happy to be upgraded and was able to use my Trip Coins to slightly lower the cost. Hope to be back again!
