Outstanding service and hospitality. Rooms were so clean and well maintained. We enjoyed speed boat ride in Banasura dam. Staff was extraordinary always on their feet to for any assistance. Activity area and outdoor games were a good entertainment. It was a pleasant stay.

I personally feel having no bar is biggest draw back because the resort is such beautiful. I can understand and appreciate how difficult it is to make it successful though. Rest everything is top notch facilities. Great staff. Hoping to see bar in this property for our next year visit. All the best. Thank you.

Magical stay with stunning river view. Exceptional rooms and outstanding service. Spa was very rejuvenating.. Play area was very entertaining. Special mention Johnny, Abhinav, Revathi, Deepa. They all are very helpful. Highly recommended place!!!

Good resort and police staff. Very courteous upon our each requirement. We celebrated our birthday and they arranged a small cake. Food was also delicious. We couldn't use pool because its too cold may be you can make it temp controlled....

Breathe taking view of river bank. Cycling through out property and yoga in the morning was also great. Tea shop hi tea was exceptional. Must mention the Beautiful staff and mesmerising stay. Highly recommend property in wayanad. Nothing less than a 7 star standards hotel experience

Good hospitality and a lovely getaway with friendly staff. Food menu can have more variety. Try to add more restaurants. Same menu getting repeated most of the time. Rest everything is good. Location is beautiful. Thanks to the staff Revathi, Abhinav for providing us a birthday cake. It was a good time spent. 👍🏻

We traveled in the month of October 2024(Diwali). We booked for 2 days. We coordinated with Nethra(Staff) the whole trip. I liked their hospitality. We forgot a jacket in the room which is a memory for us. The way they responded and sent it back to us is what I liked the most. Thanks a lot Nethra and team Mountain shadow for that. Day-1: lake view Pleasant room presence. Went for cycling and had snacks. Dinner is fabulous. Services is good and had a great response from all departments (Reception, restaurant and room service). Buggy rides is a thrill. Day-2: pool villa Yoga time. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Had a great time in pool. Thought i paid a lot for pool villa before experiencing, but it is worth. I suggest, in future if you instal some heaters then it's gonna be high.

Excellent stay. The rooms are very clean. Best property in whole wayanad. View of Banasura dam is very beautiful. We enjoyed boat rides. Staff is very friendly and taken care of our all need. Kids can be engaged well with Indoor activities. Special mention Sajini, Navi, Ramith, Shalbin, and many other I might have missed. Thanks to all. It was a very memorable stay. 🩶
