We brought our kids here for the Kite Festival and had a very good stay. Xiaoyu at the front desk upgraded us to a king-size bed. The room was very nice and we prepared a small gift when we left. We were very happy and will choose this place again when we come to Weifang!

When staying in a hotel in Weifang, the first choice is Austen, which has swimming and fitness facilities. The room facilities are relatively good. After all, it is a newly opened hotel and the decoration is not too bad. However, the supporting facilities do not match the hotel's positioning level. The following points make the experience very poor: 1. The TV in the room cannot cast the screen. The TV has a screen casting interface but it cannot cast. I asked the staff to check it for a long time and then told you that the Apple phone cannot realize the screen casting function. 2. If it is said that the whole house is smart, does it count as a night light? Even the electric curtains are controlled by switches. The toilet is also the most ordinary toilet. It doesn’t even have a smart toilet seat. 3. This second-tier hotel in this price range does not have a gym. 4. Afternoon tea was said to be free, but I took the coupon to Mocha Bar and found out that the so-called afternoon tea only has one cup of coffee, and the staff said there is no milk, only American and Italian. 5. The shower head in the shower room is good and easy to use, but the water temperature is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which makes the experience very poor. All in all, this is a hotel with the same price that I won’t let me go back to for a second time.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center and can be reached on foot to many attractions. The overall environment of the hotel is beautiful, the decoration style is novel, the facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the space is spacious. But there was an episode: the giant screen projector equipped in the original parent-child room could not be turned on, the air-conditioning and cooling were not good, and the hotel staff could not turn on the machine. After changing a pair of bed room standard rooms and a large bed room, I saw the maintenance master the next morning. Go to that parent-child room for maintenance. Like the service attitude of the hotel staff, it must be praised.

When we saw us holding our children, we proactively gave them slippers and toothbrushes. The only bad thing was that the room temperature was too hot and the quilt was a bit thick. I went to eat at this barbecue restaurant after reading good reviews online. It's not far from the hotel. I gave him a small gift when I left. I opened it when I got home. You can see free water next to the elevator in the hotel corridor, and there is also free water, eggs, and milk in the lobby on the first floor that you can take for yourself. It was much better than the Jiji where we stayed in Qingzhou on the second day. The room in Jiji at the same price was also smaller, and the facilities were the same as those of the old one.
