"I always stay at the Ji Hotel when I travel, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. It was extremely cold; it was still not warm by evening after I checked in in the afternoon. They gave me a room right next to the wall with a large window that let in a lot of drafts. I booked a hotel with breakfast vouchers, but the front desk said they didn't have any. I used to be able to get breakfast vouchers there, but I don't know why I can't get them now!"
