The decoration of the hotel is luxurious. It is nice that they have people who help you with luggage. The room is average--not very big, carpeted, and a little humid. The bathroom had a sewer smell that was more apparent once in a while which made it unpleasant to be in the bathroom. We booked a private room for dinner and asked for a menu beforehand but only got the menu as they were serving the first dishes. We also never got a fruit plate at the end of the meal as they had noted on the menu they finally gave us. When checking out, we informed a staff member that we had accidentally broke a cup from the bathroom and the staff seemed more concerned than the item was damaged and asked if we were hurt as more of an afterthought. She also admitted that they were aware that their placement of the cup was precarious in the first place (on a slippery counter), which indicates that they are aware of this danger but have not done anything to mitigate the chances of an accident. For one basic glass cup, we had to pay an additional 60rmb.

This stay experience was truly extremely satisfactory! The service was warm and attentive. Xiao Du at the front desk responded promptly to any needs. They communicated with me in English throughout the process, recommended nearby restaurants for me, and even helped me with a taxi. It made me feel very considerate and comfortable. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard, clean and tidy without any unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, and the details were handled very thoughtfully. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with good lighting and views. It was peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and I had a particularly good rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and they were very convenient and easy to use. They fully met my daily accommodation needs.

This stay was fantastic! As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by how clean everything was. The room was spotless, with no strange smells at all. The bed was soft and fluffy, and the Sealy mattress was just right – I lay down and all my travel fatigue melted away instantly. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a wonderfully quiet night, and I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. Check-in was quick, and they even kindly recommended some great local eateries. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were provided. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. Overall, it felt cozy and comfortable, just like being at home. I definitely have to recommend this place to my friends!

I was in a panic on the day I was rushing to catch the high-speed train because I forgot my ID. The front desk lady patiently walked me through the process of getting an electronic check-in certificate online, guiding me every step of the way without any hint of impatience. Later that afternoon, I unexpectedly needed to print some contracts, and the front desk printed and bound them for me free of charge. Then, one night after a business dinner, I realized I'd forgotten my room key. I called the front desk in the middle of the night, and they brought a new card up to my room within two minutes. They're efficient and get things done without delay, and their communication is straightforward – no unnecessary pleasantries. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the front desk even recommended some reliable local restaurants nearby. It's excellent value for money, making it my top choice for business travel. I highly recommend it to anyone frequently on business in Weifang.

Huge thanks to staff member #30 in the lobby for their incredibly patient and meticulous service. Every service staff member I encountered at the Yuanfei Restaurant was very dedicated, whether during breakfast or dinner. They greeted every guest upon arrival and bid them farewell upon departure, making everyone feel truly welcomed. The Weifang meat pie at breakfast was absolutely delicious! The restaurant manager was so thoughtful; seeing that our table was a bit out of the way, they personally brought us fried eggs and meat pies. Their service was truly exceptional! The 'Hele noodles' were also very distinctive. Staying at the hotel for two nights meant I didn't even have to leave to enjoy the best of Weifang's local specialties!

I imagine this was once an elegant hotel. It is a bit faded now, but still clean and comfortable, The room was nice. The furniture is a bit old and worn, but the room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable, although the beds were short and the pillows a bit hard. The linens and towels were good quality and not old. Toiletries were basic. I never could figure out how to make the air-conditioner blow cooler than 24 C. The large TV offered a variety of free movies. The room was nicely cleaned every day. And, although the teabags were not replenished., ample bottled water was provided. I did not like the view from the window... just the back of the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, beside the river and People's Park. Near the Kite Museum. There is a gym and indoor pool on the top floor, though I did not use either. Breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese offerings, but they did have fried eggs. No juices, but a machine made coffee or milk tea. Fresh fruits. A toaster for bread. Some rather stale pastries. Overall... a pleasant stay at an affordable price. Only 1.6km from the train station.

The transportation was very convenient, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I especially want to thank staff member Ji, who provided warm and thoughtful service throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out, and was always prompt and efficient in responding to my requests.
