This stay experience was truly extremely satisfactory! The service was warm and attentive. Xiao Du at the front desk responded promptly to any needs. They communicated with me in English throughout the process, recommended nearby restaurants for me, and even helped me with a taxi. It made me feel very considerate and comfortable. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard, clean and tidy without any unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, and the details were handled very thoughtfully. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with good lighting and views. It was peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and I had a particularly good rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and they were very convenient and easy to use. They fully met my daily accommodation needs.

The room is spacious and bright, decorated warmly and comfortably, especially little Pan at the front desk is attentive and enthusiastic, every detail reveals high quality. The service staff are enthusiastic and considerate, whether it is checking in or asking for information, they can get timely and professional responses. The hotel is well-located, convenient to travel, and strongly recommended to all travelers!

This is our second time staying at Watson/Rezen. The was service was amazing as usual, the room was clean and cozy, breakfast was top notch. The staff at the reception was welcoming, friendly and one of them spoke English well. I can’t wait to come back again.
