Starway Hotels in Weifang

this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. we booked 2 rooms for 4 pax. we tried the chinese restuarant at level2 and dishes were great! recommend anyone staying at weifang to stay at this hotel.

Exceptional stay in this magnificent hotel. The location is top (next to everything), the hostesses were at the top from the beginning to the end of the stay (available and listening if necessary), the cleanliness of the hotel (thanks to the housekeepers). Nothing to add except, THANK YOU FOR ALL!!!

The room is clean and tidy, with a smart toilet. The room lady provided good service. It is very close to Weifang High-speed Railway North Station, which is convenient for travel. She also gave us fruit and milk. She also upgraded the parent-child room for us with our children, which was really considerate. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, it feels very high-end, and the decoration is very luxurious and stylish. The background music turned out to be the light music of Hayao Miyazaki's animation, not the same kind of piano music, the relaxed and happy melody makes people's footsteps lighter, reflecting the youthfulness of the management (my son likes it very much 💕) 3. The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They saw that I was taking the child with me. When I checked in, they gave the child fruit. Li Changfeng, the chief mate, was very attentive. During the check-in period, he informed the guest room to send a set of children's slippers and toothbrush to the room. It was a considerate and meticulous service. 4. The room looks very clean and tidy. The booked Jiayue King Room was upgraded to a zero-pressure room for free. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. 5. It is very close to Weifang North Railway Station, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. I will stay here again next time I come here. Recommended!

Although it has been renovated for 5 years, the furniture is well maintained, all kinds of hardware are shining, and the sanitation is in place, without sanitary dead corners. [Service] Very good, basically can meet all requests, the response and processing speed are very fast, and someone will greet you when you enter the door and have breakfast. Xiao Hou and Xiao Duan are very thoughtful in service, and Manager Niu wears Hanfu, creating a good Spring Festival atmosphere for the guests. [Price] Cheap, high cost performance, no price increase during the Spring Festival holiday, quite suitable. [Breakfast] OK, it feels that there are not many categories, but there is no problem with eating well, but I stayed for three consecutive days and finally got a little tired of it. Let's talk about the disadvantages: One is that the level of automation is still relatively low, the curtains are manual, and the toilet seat is not electrically heated. Second, there are no discounts for guests to eat, and no service fee is waived. These rules are too old and can be changed. Third, there may be fewer people during the Spring Festival, so there is no doorman or help with luggage.

This is our last two nights at the hotel. We are actually quite sad to leave. It has been such a lovely stay. The girls at the front desk have been so kind to us.
