The front desk clerk collected the card for two days at once and said nothing. He then told me to wait on the sofa. A waiter would bring the tea. We waited for 24 minutes and it still hadn't arrived. When I asked, the waiter was not there. A beautiful woman who might be the owner said I needed to get the tea myself. I left very speechlessly at this point. When I returned to the room, it was not cleaned. I called the front desk clerk and they said they had requested a waiver, so it hadn't been cleaned. I checked out at 9:30 this morning and gave the room card to the front desk clerk and asked how to get the invoice. The front desk clerk replied that I could contact the booking website.
