Wutong Guesthouse (Weihai International Bathing Beach Huoju 8th Street) ★★★
"My overall stay far exceeded expectations. The room was clean and quiet, meticulously maintained. The staff were gentle and patient, and very responsive to requests. The in-room facilities were complete and well-equipped, providing a great experience. As a solo traveler, staying here was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again!"
Metropolo Jinjiang Hotels (Weihai Railway Station) ★★★★
"Location: Super close to the high-speed rail station, very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Service: The front desk lady was very welcoming, and breakfast was available as early as 6:40 AM, which was incredibly thoughtful. Cleanliness: Very clean, no strange smells, and no noise. Facilities: Good."
Weihai Weiyue Lake Homestay (Shandong University International Coastal Baths) ★★
"The Hotel service was very good and the personal very helpful! The room was super nice with a great view and Beamer to watch a movie. The bathroom was a bit hard to handle but other than that we had a great stay!"
Facing Sea Hotel ★★★
"Right downstairs is the International Bathing Beach, and just across the street is the sandy beach. Torch Eight Street and趕海公園 (Catching Sea Park) are all nearby attractions. The service was excellent, very warm and patient, highly recommend! 👍 There's a coffee shop and a convenience store. The room was nice and clean."
New Journey Hotel (Wave to the sea Harbor·WEGO Plaza Branch) ★★
"The hotel is conveniently located, check-in was quick, and the room was quite comfortable. It's not expensive and the environment is very nice and clean. It's my top choice for self-service and I'm very satisfied. The service was excellent and very welcoming. It's close to the scenic area, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay."
Tuyuan Holiday Apartment (Weihai Railway Station Hanlefang West Street) ★★
"The service was excellent, and the room was spacious and cozy. I stayed for three consecutive nights during my trip and felt right at home. After a tiring day of sightseeing, it was incredibly comfortable to come back and rest. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Weihai."
Sylvia Hotel ★★★★
"Facilities: All amenities were practical, well-maintained, and comprehensive, matching the hotel's positioning. Cleanliness: Spotless and odorless. Environment: Convenient and easily accessible surrounding facilities, yet quiet and peaceful. Service: I'd like to commend the staff on the 22nd floor; their work exceeded my expectations. They were attentive, had excellent service attitudes, and were diligent. The front desk staff were also very friendly and proactive. Overall, a very pleasant stay."
Moonlight Seaside Garden Hotel (Huanhai Road Putao Beach Seawater Bathing Area)
"The room facilities are not new, there is no floor drain, the shower is not good, but there is a small balcony decoration. Everything else is average. The service is particularly thoughtful and the various attractions are seriously introduced."
Wutong Homestay (International Coastal Baths Sunset Bay) ★★★
"The service was very welcoming, and the room facilities were modern and well-equipped. The balcony had a table and chairs, perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying the sea breeze, which was really convenient. The ocean was right downstairs, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was so peaceful. The front desk was also very efficient at resolving issues. The only slight drawback was the cleaning by the auntie, but that didn't detract from the overall positive experience. I had a really pleasant stay this time."

SunRise Seaside Hotel (Banyuewan Beach Huanhai Road Branch)
"The hotel location is excellent, close to the beach, and you can watch the sunrise from the balcony. Restaurants, supermarkets, and shops are all conveniently located nearby. The room was spacious and clean. It had all the necessary amenities, but because the room was so large, the decor felt a bit sparse. The soundproofing was just average."
Baiyulan Business Hotel (Weihai Torch Eight Street, Shandong University)
"I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this time I really couldn't take it anymore, so I'm sharing this to warn others. We traveled with our kids to the seaside this summer, from Rizhao to Qingdao, then to Rongcheng and Weihai, and this was hands down the worst hotel we stayed in, no exceptions: 1. When I booked the room two days in advance, I saw it was a newly renovated hotel, so I specifically asked for a well-ventilated room with less odor. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were either on their phones or chatting, and they didn't even bother to ask about our needs before assigning a random room. When we entered, the window wasn't open, and the smell was overwhelmingly strong. 2. When we arrived, we looked for parking. There were empty spots near the entrance, but they were completely blocked by illegally parked cars on the street, and no one seemed to care. We couldn't find a spot, and my family had to go to the front desk to ask. Even then, no staff member came out to direct us, and there were no signs in the large parking lot. I can understand the lack of charging stations, since gas is cheap in Shandong anyway. 3. The hotel room was incredibly small, including the bathroom and shower, it was probably only 15 to 18 square meters, completely different from the pictures. With two 1.35-meter beds, a chair, and a small table at the foot of the beds, the aisle was completely blocked – yes, completely blocked, to the point where even a child couldn't get through. 4. The toothbrushes shed bristles, the bath towels were dirty, and there wasn't even conditioner in the shower (I might not use it, but it should be available). Let alone any kids' toiletries or slippers. 5. The self-service laundry required a QR code scan, and not only that, but it also demanded access to all my personal information before I could use it. Are they planning to sell my data again? 6. There wasn't even a small night light when getting up in the middle of the night. Turning on the 'cozy' mode made it glaringly bright. 7. As for breakfast, it's the first time I've seen children requiring a separate ticket, costing 20 yuan per child, but it was incredibly not worth it. They claimed to have Chinese and Western breakfast. The Western option was just one slice of toast and a small cake. The toaster was broken and couldn't heat anything, and there were no spreads – yes, you read that right, no blueberry or strawberry jams. The coffee machine was out of power and couldn't be turned on. I found a staff member, who fiddled with it for a bit, said it was out of power, and then went back to clearing dishes, completely ignoring the problem. There were only 6 Chinese dishes, plus soy milk, fried dough sticks, milk, and eggs, totaling about a dozen items. The noodles were pre-cooked and left there; if you wanted some, the staff would scoop them into your bowl, which looked completely unappetizing. For fruit, there were only oranges and bananas. The bananas were cut into segments and were bruised and rotten, and the oranges also tasted like they were on the verge of spoiling. The most unacceptable thing was a fly buzzing around the food counter, which I eventually swatted. In the ten minutes or so I was having breakfast, I saw three families complaining directly about how terrible the breakfast was. I wonder if they'll leave bad reviews. 😂😂 In conclusion, this is the standard of a 200-yuan chain hotel, definitely not worth the 600+ yuan we paid. I don't know how much 'high-end' quality is actually in there. We booked for two nights but checked out after one and quickly left. Consider this a warning for everyone."
WORLD HOTEL
"The room was very clean and had an amazing view. It's super close to the International Bathing Beach, which was really convenient for visiting the beach with my elderly parents and kids. The beach and the water here are the cleanest I've ever seen. My kids had a blast and said they want to stay here again next time!"
Lanxu Chaoxi Homestay (Weihai Huoju 8th Street Shandong University)
"Personally, I feel that the check-in procedure is formal, the front desk lady is very nice, the room is quite large, there is a washing machine and clothes hanger, you can see the sea, and the view is wide, but the sewer in the bathroom smells bad, the decoration style of the rooms on high floors is different from the pictures, and the facilities are really average. You need to carefully confirm what room it is when booking. In addition, there was really someone turning the door handle back and forth outside. I don’t know if it was turning my room or the opposite room. The sound was very loud, which was definitely different from the sound of the wind blowing the door. It could also be someone else’s door. In the end, it was around 9 o’clock in the morning, and I heard the sound of the door opening. Anyway, I was scared awake two or three times. Finally, you really have to be more careful when traveling in the off-season."
Chunzhu International Hotel
"I really have to commend this hotel! I was traveling with my parents, and when we arrived at 8 AM, the front desk lady was incredibly warm and helpful, not only checking us in early but also upgrading our room – so thoughtful! The hotel is super close to Hanle Street. Breakfast was excellent, a standard four-star spread. And if you're tired from exploring, there's a bathhouse right next door, perfect for unwinding."
Luxury Blue Horizon Hotel Weihai
"I took my 80-year-old mother to Weihai to experience life in a coastal city, and Weihai left a wonderful impression on us. We stayed at the Blue Ocean Hotel, which has an amazing location. From our room, we had a panoramic view of the濱海公園 (Binhai Park) and the famous 'Big Photo Frame' sculpture. We just had to cross the road from the hotel to immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery. Beyond the beautiful views, I especially want to thank Ms. Gong Xinru from the hotel. She was incredibly patient and meticulous in her work. When we checked out, we completely forgot three of my mother's favorite clothes in the room. From the moment we arrived at the station to head to our next destination, until several hours after we reached Jinan, Ms. Gong repeatedly called me because I wasn't answering my phone. She finally informed me about the clothes and promptly arranged for them to be couriered. By the time we arrived home, the package had already been successfully delivered. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Gong for her exceptional service."
Bliss International Hotel
"The hotel provided excellent service, the housekeeping staff were lovely, and it was a very luxurious hotel. It's a shame I had so little time to explore everything. ขอบคุณของฝาก ผลไม้ปละตุ๊กตาค่ะรถไปส่งสถานีรถไฟ Thanks you"
Weihai Weigao DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel
"The front desk staff, particularly T, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the check-in process. They handled everything quickly and efficiently, and took the time to explain all the room amenities with great patience and care. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Weigao Plaza, and it's a short walk to Xingfu Gate. Our room was clean, comfortable, and all the little details were well thought out. The warm service really enhanced our trip. Highly recommend!"
Weihai Dongshan Hotel
"Based on reviews, I originally booked the Yingbin Building, but when I arrived, the renovation smell was overwhelming! I rebooked the Guibin Building, which didn't have the renovation smell, but the room was a bit noisy facing the street. Breakfast was very poor, crowded and chaotic, with only the mackerel wontons being good. There's no need to stay here if you're not renting a car."
Tianmu Hotspring Country Club
"The location was a little far but that was to be expected for a hot spring. We loved the pockets of pools in the garden - gave you privacy and the garden was beautifully laid out."
Crowne Plaza WEIHAI BINHAI by IHG
"Our stay was alright, nothing particularly stood out. There's absolutely nothing to do or eat around the hotel. The staff were well-trained and polite, and the hotel facilities felt the same – just okay. The Northern City Hotel next door has the exact same hardware, but it feels like the entire hotel is really trying hard to improve the guest experience, with enthusiastic staff and a shuttle to the beach. Perhaps the Crowne Plaza targets business travelers and doesn't need to focus much on family tourists."
Floral Hotel · Weihai Haya Swimming Pool Garden hotel
"I went to Weihai Likou Mountain for my wife’s birthday and chose the floral design, which was unforgettable. On the day of check-in, I contacted the store in advance. After learning about my wife's birthday, I upgraded to a Moroccan suite for free. The room was large and warm, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the hot water was warm and the pressure was good, and the toiletries were also relatively good. After checking in that day, I went hiking with my wife. The lady from the B&B helped decorate the room as a birthday surprise for my wife! We went out to play the next day and delayed our check-out time due to rain. The lady at the B&B also gave us a free late check-out! My first choice when visiting Weihai in the future, highly recommended!"
Aorui E-sports Homestay (International Coastal Baths Huoju 8th Street)
"Not bad, very good The room is well decorated and there is a small refrigerator and an oversized TV Electric curtain shading effect is very good"
Weihai Longyue International Hotel
"Nice hotel in great location in the middle of Weihai also close to shopping Mall. Greate Variety of choices of breakfast. Just only one drawback, there was just only 1 staff can speak english fluently. By the way, I was impressive with this hotel."
Haiyue Jianguo Hotel
"good location"
Canbeauty Resort & Spa Weihai
"This time, instead of the crowded beach, I chose this resort in Weihai, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! Upon entering the resort, the Suzhou-style garden ambiance was incredibly relaxing. We booked a two-bedroom courtyard villa, which was over 90 square meters and very spacious, with excellent privacy thanks to its private entrance and courtyard. The biggest surprise was the golf putting green in the yard! After dinner, the whole family could casually swing a few clubs in the yard, enjoying the evening breeze – it was incredibly pleasant. The room amenities were also very sophisticated, with Kohler bathroom fixtures, Atelier Cologne toiletries, and even a capsule coffee machine – showing the hotel's attention to detail. Most importantly, they upgraded us to an electric sleeping bed, which was fantastic. The service deserves full marks! Before check-in, the butler, Xiaoyu, added us on WeChat and meticulously arranged our itinerary and dining plans. The resort is vast, with shuttle buses to and from various locations, making us feel exceptionally well taken care of throughout. There are so many entertainment options here that it's impossible to experience them all. We fed alpacas and peacocks. I tried golf myself, and there's also a golf course available. The fairways are nestled against the mountains and beside the lake, and the lawns are manicured like postcards; every shot was a scenic shot. As for dining, there was a birthday party there, which I didn't attend, but it was still a great experience. I thought the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and taste. Overall, this place is like a hidden paradise in the bustling city, far from the noise and hustle, perfect for families looking for a place to completely relax and unwind. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Weihai!"
