Excellent, exceeding expectations. Having stayed in many hotels, this service is truly exceptional, making guests feel right at home. It's a warm and comfortable experience, not just typical hotel service, and the service is incredibly fast. The breakfast was excellent, both overall and in terms of quality. The food was of very high quality, and the breakfast staff were very attentive. A truly commendable service. Even though there weren't many people eating, and we arrived late, the selection was still very comprehensive. Highly recommended.

The service was absolutely impeccable. The day before check-in, a butler proactively contacted me via phone and WeChat to provide reminders and introduce various details. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and communication was consistently maintained. Both arrival and departure included a dedicated staff member who provided early pick-up/drop-off and helped with luggage, which was fantastic! 👍🏻 The welcome fruit, delicious breakfast, and the drawer and mini-fridge in the room, fully stocked with drinks beforehand, were a huge hit with the kids. The room amenities were incredibly comprehensive; they had almost everything one could need. I was especially surprised to find items like a razor, an electric mosquito swatter, and mosquito repellent liquid. Although the 'Jiyue' room doesn't have as many windows as some other rooms, it never felt stuffy, even on a cloudy day, and the space was generously sized. The boat ride at the manor was also one of the kids' favorite activities; the ducks were very friendly and quacked along with our boat, playfully 'mocking' my excited shouts 😊. My only minor feedback is that when we first entered the room, the smell wasn't great, which was unexpected. I assumed the room would at least be odorless, if not fragrant. It's possible I'm just sensitive to smells.

The view of the room is very amazing, 270° sea view, wonderful, automatic curtains are opened, and the invincible sea view is in sight. The whole hotel is also like a cruise ship, without waste, you can see the vast sea and watch the ebb and flow. The hotel is unique in temperament and is a very eye-catching place in the entire Rongcheng area. The hotel has a unique sea view, which is necessarily relatively biased, but it is very close to the Bruvis shipwreck and Swan Lake. The train to the beach can also be reached on foot. Hotel service is indeed beyond my imagination. Not excellent in the general sense, but full of sincerity and warmth for your sake. Everyone brings you enthusiasm and patience. So even if I was slightly dissatisfied with the problem of late night, I was finally moved by the hotel's sincerity, smile, and practical service concept, but I felt very sad. Special thanks to the person in charge of the hotel, knowing that we came for the first time, and drove us to see the shipwreck. On the last day, we sent us to the airport on a snowy day, it was really warm and heartwarming like a family! I think we will come to this hotel again. The scenery is beautiful and the service is nice!

Traveling from Gansu Lanzhou, my family of three embarked on a road trip, staying in Luoyang, Qingdao, Yantai, and Weihai along the way. This hotel in Weihai was by far the best value for money among all the places we stayed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. While many hotels offer room upgrades in exchange for good reviews, I genuinely wanted to praise this hotel from the bottom of my heart, which is why I'm taking the time to write this. I highly recommend it to families traveling with children, especially those from the Northwest who crave a beach experience. We visited Qingdao, Laoshan Scenic Area, and Yantai's Yangma Island, but Weihai was definitely the most enjoyable. Our research indicated that Xiaoyaowan was ideal for driving and swimming in the sea, so we specifically aimed for it. By chance, we booked this hotel, and its location is excellent, very close to Xiaoyaowan, making it convenient for drivers. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from the beach. After a day of swimming, it was great to come back and shower with fantastic water pressure – super refreshing! The hotel facilities are relatively new, clean, and the environment is pleasant. Many small details are well thought out: there's a huge parking lot where electric cars can charge, and I counted 12 washing machines in the ample laundry room. There are also 8 elevators. Breakfast was good too (the coffee was a highlight – honestly the best hotel coffee I've ever had, I almost wanted to ask what brand of beans they use!). The bedding was comfortable, and the overall style is spacious, bright, and upscale. I also want to give a shout-out to Xiaoyaowan itself – I found its seawater to be the cleanest, the sand the finest, the amenities the most convenient, and roadside parking the easiest compared to other bathing beaches. It's also perfect for setting up a tent if you're on a road trip. My child had a blast, so this trip was definitely worth it. In the afternoon, we visited the Bruce shipwreck and had a super therapeutic and photogenic experience feeding seagulls with hot dogs from Pinduoduo. I truly recommend it to fellow road trippers! The surrounding environment is also beautiful, with both lake and sea views. It's an excellent choice for those who love beautiful surroundings and want to escape the hustle and bustle!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Facilities: Very new and well-appointed. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Service: Very satisfied, professional. This was the best service we experienced in Weihai, and they even offered complimentary fruit. Environment: I have to mention this. We brought our child for a summer vacation and were a bit disappointed with Xianghai initially; the public beach was crowded and chaotic. We spontaneously took a taxi here because this hotel has a private beach nearby, which finally gave us that true vacation feeling. Here's what we loved: 1. The beach is less crowded early in the morning, perfect for taking photos of an empty beach. 2. You can buy sausages at the supermarket to feed the seagulls. 3. Lao Xi Seafood Restaurant was exceptionally delicious – the best we had in Weihai, we ate there twice!

It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

The room is quite big, bigger than the average hotel room. The hotel is very grand, the lobby is also magnificent, the gym is slightly smaller, the swimming pool is quite standard, the room facilities are complete, but a little old, the TV is relatively small, the toilet is also a traditional toilet seat, the breakfast has a lot of varieties, the buffet dinner is very cost-effective, 227 for two people seafood buffet, the cost performance is still very good

Every evening, two bottles of yogurt were delivered, and the yogurt was delicious; my child loved it. The hotel slippers were excellent, very comfortable for disposable ones. The bedding met 5-star standards, soft and cozy. The staff at the lobby entrance were enthusiastic and helped open car doors. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and the surrounding area is also quite nice. Two things I wasn't particularly satisfied with: 1. There were people live streaming in the restaurant and lobby every day. They spoke very loudly, which was noisy and inappropriate. 2. The 'sea view' room was a partial side view, not directly facing the sea, and had no balcony (see attached photo). The view was okay, but it wasn't the direct sea view I was hoping for.

Choosing the Wyndham Garden Hotel Xianghai for our vacation in Weihai Xianghai was an absolute stroke of genius! The hotel lobby immediately sets a fantastic ambiance, with a giant splash sculpture complemented by ceiling-hung fish chandeliers – it feels high-end and is perfect for photos. Adorable McDull figurines are scattered throughout, adding a playful, childlike charm. What truly surprised me was the comprehensive facilities. The indoor kids' playground, complete with slides and tunnels, is fantastic for letting the little ones burn off energy. In the lobby, you'll find everything from Luckin Coffee and a Haagen-Dazs cart to a garden fruit stand, making food and shopping incredibly convenient. The lobby's greenery is arranged in a fresh and elegant way, making it a very pleasant space to wander around. The staff were all gentle and attentive, and the overall environment was clean and tidy. Situated within a 4A scenic area, it's very close to the beach and popular photo spots. This hotel makes family vacations hassle-free and enjoyable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

This was my first time staying in a deluxe sea view king room at Rongcheng Nishi Haitai, and I was absolutely thrilled with the experience! Stepping onto the balcony, you're greeted by the stunning blue ocean – a panorama of sky blue and sea blue that really amplifies the sense of vastness. The room was spacious and clean, the king-size bed was just the right firmness, and the hygiene was meticulously done. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive, with a private beach right outside. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The forest scenery is incredibly healing, and it offers great value for money. I decisively extended my stay!
