My stay at the Kowloon Metropark Hotel was fantastic, from the hotel service and room facilities to the breakfast, everything was excellent. A big thank you to all the hotel staff and especially to Butler Ren, room number 27, for their warm hospitality. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and they even arranged a complimentary drop-off service to the station, which was a lovely touch – truly a home away from home. Looking forward to staying here again!

Guest UserThe sea view room booked has a great view, the window is directly facing the beach, and you can step on the beach in a few steps downstairs. It is comfortable to see the sea on a sunny day. On the first floor, there is a coffee shop, a cup of matcha latte, and the pull flowers are good-looking and delicious. You don't have to run outside to find drinks. There are several cats in the backyard, but they can't be released. When I come down to the morning market in the morning, I catch up with the cat to eat outside. It's too cute and there are beautiful blue hydrangeas. Convenient location, next time you come to the beach, you will still live here ~

Very comfortable! I really enjoyed having a king-size bed all to myself. The mirror with the light was great for makeup, and there's a full-length mirror opposite the coat rack by the entrance, which was perfect for checking out my outfits and taking full-body selfies. It was really good.

The hotel has a great location, about a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, and it's also convenient for visiting Hanlefang (a famous Korean music and dance venue), making it a great tourist destination.
Facilities: The bathroom has a good separation between the wet and dry areas, and the water pressure is strong, but the hairdryer's airflow is weak and requires constant pressing, which was a bit tiring after washing my hair. Also, the TV showed no signal, and only the power button on the remote worked. I'm not sure if it's a malfunction or something else, and since I wasn't particularly keen on watching TV, I didn't contact the front desk to resolve the issue.
Service: One day I ordered takeout for lunch. The delivery person said the front desk would arrange for a robot to deliver the food, but after about ten minutes, it didn't arrive and went downstairs on its own, leaving the food on the front desk without anyone handling it.
Cleanliness: You need to contact the front desk to request housekeeping; otherwise, it's assumed that cleaning is not required. The front desk said they called the room to inquire if I needed cleaning, but if they didn't answer, they assumed it wasn't needed.
Soundproofing: The room is opposite what appears to be a storage room for a cleaning lady, and I frequently heard her moving things around and talking outside. Additionally, one day during my stay was very windy, and the wind outside woke me up at 2 AM. I recommend that people sensitive to noise check the weather forecast before checking in.

Guest UserI loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

It's really funny. Someone comes to clean the room every day, but they never make the bed. I stayed there for 4 nights and someone only made it after I asked them to. If I didn't ask them, they wouldn't make it. Maybe they think it's unnecessary to make the bed during the day and then mess it up at night. But I will make the bed a little bit even if I stay in a cheap motel. It seems that you will make the bed if I stay for one night, but you don’t have this awareness if you stay for consecutive nights. This is the first time I've seen this, it's quite funny anyway.
There were electric mosquito coils in the room, but the liquid was used up. I reported it to the front desk and was told that there was none in the warehouse, so there were none. I didn't get the problem solved even after staying for 4 nights. No, I want to ask if it is difficult to buy this kind of thing in the supermarket? ? ? As for no one taking care of it for two or three days? ? ?

Anonymous UserBefore leaving Beijing, I booked the Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the online review was only 4.1, I still firmly chose this hotel. Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4. There are churches, sun umbrellas, and rest cabins on the beach of the hotel, which is warm and romantic. 4. It takes 10 minutes by taxi from Rongcheng High-speed Railway Station to the hotel. I originally planned to stay for 3 days, but then I extended my stay for 2 days. I strongly recommend friends who go to Rongcheng to stay at Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel, which is definitely worth experiencing and you will definitely linger after the experience.

Moe.Not my first time to stay there. I like the location. Close to the train station and surrounded by shops, restaurants and coffee shops. They have recently upgraded the furniture too. Adding a washing machine, a bigger refrigerator and a bigger TV screen.
