The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff are young, energetic, and very friendly. You need to swipe your room card to use the elevator, which provides a high sense of safety. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant's dining environment is elegant with a great atmosphere. There are even chefs on-site preparing fresh noodles and omelets – very attentive service. The hotel parking is located on the ground floor plaza and is free of charge. If you're driving, it's easier to enter the hotel from Linhai Road, especially when unloading luggage. The room was very clean and bright. The bathroom features a spacious wet/dry separation and the facilities are very new. Mineral water is amply supplied. The cleaning staff are diligent, friendly, and very courteous. The views of Yuan Lake are fantastic, and you can even spot the high-speed train. My partner and I were very impressed with the Chinese restaurant's dishes. The 'Old Chef Cabbage' brought back childhood memories of home-cooked meals, and the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was quite authentic, though the batter was a bit thick. The sour radish and tripe dish was a great appetizer. The only minor drawback was that during the May Day holiday, there were a lot of families with children. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, and the kids upstairs were running and jumping until past 10 PM. Plus, there was a persistent metallic noise coming from the ceiling.

The decoration is OK, the room is very clean, there is a small sofa, you can lie down when you come back. It is close to the beach, convenient to go out, very good.

The sister at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and there was no smell in the room, the lighting was good, the bed was very comfortable, the toilet was clean, and I lay on the bed at night. I feel very soft and comfortable, I fell asleep in a while 🌹

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive, with a private beach right outside. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The forest scenery is incredibly healing, and it offers great value for money. I decisively extended my stay!
