We took the elderly and children to stay on the fourth day of the year. We went outside and came back to the elderly to drink some hot water and take medicine. As a result, we found that the kettle in the room was very dirty. So we called the front desk and asked them to help change the kettle. The front desk promised to change it immediately. The result waited for more than two hours. During the period, I made three calls to the front desk. The third time the front desk directly told me that no one asked us to wait for the New Year.
