There is a lady who greets you at the door. She is really very enthusiastic and there is tea for check-in. The service of the lady at the front desk is enthusiastic and thoughtful. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in time. They put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It is a very satisfactory stay experience. I feel the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are considerate, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.
