服務：入住發現電視黑屏，不能看電視直播，電話前台，馬上安排值班經理幫忙調試，沒影響看CCTV5的直播，為酒店服務點贊。早餐豐富

復古的氛圍，房間環境非常不錯，打掃的很乾凈，誇一下前台有個百寶箱，裏面準備的有卸粧濕巾馬桶墊之類的一次性用品，非常貼心，對於出門的客人非常方便，很人性化，前台服務也是很熱情，見到客人就問好，這趟旅行住的非常舒適！！！！！

在渭南找到了一家性價比超高的酒店，環境優美，設施完善，房間很智能，最重要的是服務態度非常好，一家三口本來訂的大床房，前台免費給升級了可以拼床的房間，還給小孩免費送了早餐，前台百寶箱裏面有各種出門必備的小物件可以免費使用，每一個服務員見面都會找招呼，早餐也很豐盛，口感很好，長者小孩也能照顧到，門口有很大的停車場，以後就來這家了

1.服務態度西撇:定的兩份早餐的房型，我吃不吃的你得問下吧，直接就給我一份，然後告訴我還有人要吃的話下來找他拿，搞得跟施捨我一樣；還有就是飲用水，我説幫我多拿兩瓶水（不是貪便宜，是酒店自來水有股子魚腥味，我刷牙乾嘔），告訴我兩瓶免費的喝完了要收費？我上次看到喝水收費的還是在桂林的民宿！後面我都是自己外賣飲用水。
2.設施一般:房間隔音不好，而且那個洗浴，水温不穩定，冷的冷死熱的熱死，調不好一點；

和朋友來渭南，發現這家酒店，位置很好找，離高速路口很近出行方便，我們第二天去兵馬俑玩決定住在這裏，前台服務很熱情呀，房間住的也很舒適，酒店帶的早餐味道也不錯呢，還可以免費體驗漢服拍照，漢服的種類挺多，前台小姐姐推薦的特色時辰包子很好吃還有水盆羊肉，酒店臨近有個公園下午沒事可以去逛逛，公園環境也不錯陽光也很宜人，很滿意，出差旅遊的首選推薦大家來體驗哦～

自駕遊一路上的驚喜是廷泊酒店帶來的！下了高速就是酒店，停車方便，前台的小美女楊淑涵真誠熱情，給我們房間升了級，推薦的附近美食太滿意了！房間寬敞乾淨，頗有品味，還送了夜宵。總之非常滿意，下次還會再來！
