The second thing I don't understand is: there is no hot water At 12:20 that night, when I was washing up, I found that there was no hot water. I thought it was too late and I had run out of hot water. It feels like the store has taken a break and there is no response. I still didn’t wash up the next morning. I have tried both faucets and shower heads, left and right, and the water has been running for several minutes. It is definitely not an operational problem. And it’s either not hot or cold water. In 0 degree weather, I have nothing to say about washing myself with cold water. Anyway, my stay was miserable.
