This property is nothing like the photos. It has rubbish everywhere at the front, weeds in all planter tubs, rude people running the hotel and rooms very run-down. Do not recommend staying there.

The pictures shown for this property are at least 15 years old. The building is showing quite a bit of wear and tear. There is NO Spa/sauna. The area where the woman is lounging on the chaise is closed. The long bar sits dark and unused in a musty basement. There is no laundry. The rooms are very dated with worn out desks and dinged furniture. This location is on a busy road in between towns. There are no live flowers anywhere on the property. Overall, I found it very disappointing. On the plus side, it is very clean and the staff is friendly.

location was good... but the interior of the place lacks maint. is old, needs an infusion of money.. check in manager was very nice, but the price is high for what I got.. for less money I in other places in Austria ; got a sauna w. facilities, a decent elevator, .. the place felt old and neglected and the nice manager did not compensate, would never stay there again or rlecommend on the contrary.

Entspricht absolut nicht den Beschreibungen. Ist eher ein ein Stern Hotel. Falls man dieses Angebot überhaupt in der Szene so sehen will. Müll vor der Tür und hinter der Tür. Schimmeliges Bad und Preise wie ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Finger Weg!!!

Ongezellig hotel. Totaal geen sfeer. Niemand lacht daar. Eigenaar zit hele dag in zijn hokje. Toont totaal geen interesse naar zijn klanten toe. Vanwege achterstallig onderhoud viel ik met wasbak en al op de grond. Eigenaar vroeg helemaal niet naar mijn gekwetste rug en talloze sniiwonden. Hij schreeuwde alleen maar dat we moesten betalen, en dreigde onze koffers achter te houden. Een regelrechte nachtmerrie dit hotel
