Weixi Hotels with Breakfast

A beautiful hotel situated in the mountains near the Yunnan snubbed nose monkey centre. The staff were wonderful, really helpful with some small travel problems that we had. They were kind and attentive, yet discreet. Rooms were beautiful and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we also were served afternoon tea with fruit and fresh biscuits and snacks. We also enjoyed our dinner here. Very recommended!

I only stayed in Tacheng to visit the Golden Monkey Park in the morning. Location is nice and quiet, but a little farther away from the entrance to the park than other accommodations. Still convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. On-site restaurant was convenient for dinner and breakfast.

It is rare to have a homestay with such a strong design in Weixi, which is like staying a few more days, but the itinerary is difficult to change. The design in the hotel is very strong, and each room has its own characteristics. The surrounding environment is good, you can go to the waterfall behind, and there are rape terraces. The only shortcoming is that the path up the mountain just enough for a car to pass, more than 400 meters.

In just 2 days in the B&B, the experience was very pleasant! The B&B was built on the terraces. Although mid-to-late May is the season for wheat harvesting and transplanting, you can still feel the beauty of the terraces. I believe it will be more beautiful when the wheat grows up in July and August. At 5-6 pm, I listened to the gurgling water beside the wheat field, and the cool breeze drifted with the fragrance of wheat ears. This is my ideal pastoral life. Before coming, I made a guide and knew that the Songzan Hotel opposite organized folk experience activities. I asked the boss of Yulin where there were such activities. I didn’t expect that the B&B had them. This time we chose to visit the Naxi people, put on Naxi ethnic costumes, learn to grind tofu, make rice cakes, pick strawberries (strawberries are super sweet, especially small and red ones), and grind beans to make tofu brain and soy milk. The soy milk ground by the traditional method is fragrant! I also tasted a sumptuous farmhouse dish! I heard that the B&B will also have activities to pick mushrooms in the primeval forest in June and July. Friends like this kind of experiential activity very much. I hope that the B&B owners will do better and better in the future. I believe that people who know you will like your B&B and activities, as well as your hospitality!

Temporarily decided to go to Weixi to see the platinum monkey, so the room was booked one day in advance. I didn't report hope, but the result was far beyond expectations. It was great! The room is clean and tidy, the decoration is very Tibetan, the room has a large balcony, it is very pleasant to drink tea there in the afternoon and see the green mountains in the distance. The owner's family is hospitable, the breakfast is full and the taste is good, and the proprietress keeps adding rice ～ Recommended friends to play!

The waitress was very enthusiastic, responsive to all requests, and even introduced a driver to pick up and drop off at your door. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the windows are open to the mountains. The hotel is located on the main street, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The town is not big, but you can walk up the mountain to see the panoramic view. The pastoral poetry and paintings are so beautiful!

No breakfast, no extra bed, suitable for bringing children, the location is in the middle of the town, there is free parking. The proprietress is super enthusiastic, cute, hearty and kind, with sultry singing, clean and tidy, and the facilities are intact. It is better to increase the water pressure.

The Dharma Garden Hotel is a surprise on the trip:) 1. Give us a warm introduction to the Golden Monkey National Park arrangement, its location in the Shenquan, do the nucleic acid location, and other nearby attractions. 4. Excellent location: Experimental driving to the Golden Monkey Park is not more than 25 minutes, nucleic acid point is one kilometer, Shenquan walks 10 minutes, 200 meters from the Xiangwei Line (the scenery on the bridge is also excellent) 5. The rooms are large and clean, the yard is convenient for parking, the food is very delicious, the wild mushroom stewed chicken is very fragrant at noon, and the other dishes are also delicious. I will continue to eat here in the evening. The manor’s mother is 97 years old. She is energetic, kind-looking, and also likes to communicate with people. She can see that the old man was a big beauty when he was young. I stayed at noon and went to take pictures of the thousand-year-old ginkgo and terraced fields. It was golden, brilliant and beautiful like a fairy tale world. I really liked it and took a lot of beautiful photos. Very satisfied with a stay, thank you 😊

I originally wanted to go see the ”Yunnan Golden Monkey”. Since I couldn't book a hotel in the park, I just booked a room in the village and stayed there for one night. But I found that I didn't book enough. This is really a treasure homestay. The owner has a huge vegetable garden and an endless orchard of fruit trees. The moment I entered the store, it was as if I had entered the ”Longing for Life” broadcasted on Hunan Satellite TV. The hostess and host of the store are like my father and mother, warm and amiable. It is so rare to meet them.
