I thought it was closed and abandoned~ I called to tell which room it was, and then I went in to get the key~ If you are worried about safety, it's better not to book it. It depends on luck whether the door lock is locked. We locked the door at night and found that it could be opened easily the next morning~ If you don't care about the above three points and don't have high requirements for accommodation conditions, the cabin is mainly cheap, with hot water and heating, right at the foot of the snow mountain, and the environment is still great~ Of course, the wooden cabins here are all very good. It is recommended to choose one close to the center~ Convenient transportation, food and drink~

Fortunately, I paid an additional 80 GEL to upgrade to a room with a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. The post-rain mountains, shrouded in mist and clouds, offered a truly awe-inspiring beauty that no phone camera could ever capture. However, the hotel's service was extremely poor. Most of the staff didn't understand Russian, which was baffling given Kazbegi's proximity to Russia's Verkhny Lars border crossing; instead, only English was spoken. The room amenities were even inferior to those found in budget chain hotels in China.

The staff was friendly, rooms were as promised . Linens and towels were clean. They also provided soap and shampoo. Don’t expect a large room as rooms could barely fit a very comfortable bed. Hot shower was only available in the evening. Breakfast provided was nice and sufficient.

Rooms is the best hotel in the village. If you have money, of course you can choose Rooms directly. The price of this hotel in winter is 280 yuan, which is 1000-1200 yuan cheaper than the cheapest Rooms during the same period. This money can be saved to enjoy dining in Rooms. I booked this mountain view room to avoid possible footsteps upstairs. But there are few guests and no noise. The room is large and clean, the sheets and quilts are also good, and it is comfortable to live in. The heating is very warm. The room faces the church and Mount Kazbek, and if you are lucky, you can take pictures of the golden mountain in the sun. The location is also very convenient, and you can walk to the supermarket in a few minutes. The store provides a breakfast for 25 yuan in local currency. I packed the bread and food from the previous night and heated them up in the kitchen on the first floor. Since I don't plan to hike in winter, staying in this village for one night is enough. I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

The breakfast was good and the service was good. The original impression was not bad. It turned out that the next day the paraglider was 100 lari more expensive than the outside, 350 lari per person, and the negotiated price was over there to let me add money and go everywhere. Check out and ask the hotel how to get to the bus station, saying that there is no public transportation and privately operated vehicles here, the hotel taxi will be sent to the station 4 kilometers 20 lari (at the beginning said 30 lari), if it is sent to our next stop card Hotel 450 lari in Zbek, 420 lari 30 kilometers away! I am curious how do the babies who go to the ancient road solve the traffic? Later, we asked the rooms hotel to pick us up as long as 80 lari (still back and forth!), I think this hotel is very dark.

The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files. A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you. The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying. Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner. Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos.
