One of the best hotels on the slope. Located next to the cable car (50m). The hotel has a swimming pool, hamam, sauna, massage, bowling, billiards, outdoor pool with warm water. Decent restaurant.
If you don't rent a car yourself, it's better not to book it. It's far from the center, and it's a big uphill. It's very tiring to walk with luggage. It's not very convenient to take a taxi. If you want to book a car, it's best to book it one day in advance~
If you don't speak English, it's better not to book it. The cabin is unmanaged. When you walk in, there is no window in one room, and one wash basin is removed. I thought it was closed and abandoned~ I called to tell which room it was, and then I went in to get the key~
If you are worried about safety, it's better not to book it. It depends on luck whether the door lock is locked. We locked the door at night and found that it could be opened easily the next morning~
If you don't care about the above three points and don't have high requirements for accommodation conditions, the cabin is mainly cheap, with hot water and heating, right at the foot of the snow mountain, and the environment is still great~ Of course, the wooden cabins here are all very good. It is recommended to choose one close to the center~ Convenient transportation, food and drink~
Fortunately, I paid an additional 80 GEL to upgrade to a room with a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. The post-rain mountains, shrouded in mist and clouds, offered a truly awe-inspiring beauty that no phone camera could ever capture. However, the hotel's service was extremely poor. Most of the staff didn't understand Russian, which was baffling given Kazbegi's proximity to Russia's Verkhny Lars border crossing; instead, only English was spoken. The room amenities were even inferior to those found in budget chain hotels in China.
The staff was friendly, rooms were as promised . Linens and towels were clean. They also provided soap and shampoo. Don’t expect a large room as rooms could barely fit a very comfortable bed.
Hot shower was only available in the evening. Breakfast provided was nice and sufficient.
I booked Rooms last summer, and this time I wanted to try another hotel, but unfortunately it was fully booked. Although the cabin is an option, the first thing I considered was safety - after all, when you are away from home, the safety of your life and property is the most important. In the end, I chose a family hotel, which is a three-story building with about 8-10 rooms on the second and third floors, of which about 6 are mountain view rooms. Rooms is the best hotel in the village. If you have money, of course you can choose Rooms directly.
The price of this hotel in winter is 280 yuan, which is 1000-1200 yuan cheaper than the cheapest Rooms during the same period. This money can be saved to enjoy dining in Rooms. I booked this mountain view room to avoid possible footsteps upstairs. But there are few guests and no noise. The room is large and clean, the sheets and quilts are also good, and it is comfortable to live in. The heating is very warm.
The room faces the church and Mount Kazbek, and if you are lucky, you can take pictures of the golden mountain in the sun. The location is also very convenient, and you can walk to the supermarket in a few minutes. The store provides a breakfast for 25 yuan in local currency. I packed the bread and food from the previous night and heated them up in the kitchen on the first floor. Since I don't plan to hike in winter, staying in this village for one night is enough. This store is a very cost-effective choice. (Pictures 7-10 are Rooms) I hope this helps you
I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

The breakfast was good and the service was good. The original impression was not bad. It turned out that the next day the paraglider was 100 lari more expensive than the outside, 350 lari per person, and the negotiated price was over there to let me add money and go everywhere. It can only be added. Check out and ask the hotel how to get to the bus station, saying that there is no public transportation and privately operated vehicles here, the hotel taxi will be sent to the station 4 kilometers 20 lari (at the beginning said 30 lari), if it is sent to our next stop card Hotel 450 lari in Zbek, 420 lari 30 kilometers away! I am curious how do the babies who go to the ancient road solve the traffic? Later, we asked the rooms hotel to pick us up as long as 80 lari (still back and forth!), I think this hotel is very dark.

The hotel is simply superb!
Responsive staff.
We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest.
The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files.
A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you.
The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying.
Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner.
Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos.
I want to finish my review with the expression: ”Everything for people”.
I wish you luck and prosperity, I want to come back to you and I will recommend you to my friends.

AAnonymous Userloved the hot tub but there were technical issues for most of my stay - it wasn’t nearly hot enough. also avoid the restaurant the food and service is horrible. overall the service was good and helped me arrange a snowmobile tour. room and facilities were generally clean, but there’s no AC in the room.

りりんしあの lagged in 5 days.
It was an atmosphere like ”Okomori Stay” that is popular in Japan, and I was able to spend a relaxing time without being disturbed by anyone. When you book a hotel, you will have a rental spa & sauna once a day in addition to breakfast. Dinner can also be used as a restaurant and can enjoy Georgia cuisine matched to the wine of chatomfrani operated nearby.
★ About location
Arrived from Tbilisi in about 40 minutes (about 40 Lari) by taxi.
It is said that the taxi driver does not see in the village, but the cow can walk around and see Georgia without decoration. Moreover, the residents around were only people who felt the temperament of the kind and friendly Georgian.
About 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is Chatem Frani and you can visit the Georgia winery. (Reservation required)
If you wish, you can ask the reception to make a reservation at arrival.
You can also sightsee Mutsuheta by using a taxi. (about 30 Lali)
★ About Service
The reception is very kind and will answer any requests. In addition, cleaning is done carefully, and the hall and terrace are always in good condition.
I also used the restaurant at dinner, but it is recommended to use it once because it is seasoned well with the wine of Chatomfrani with the baptized taste.
The sauna is Finnish style and it feels good to be able to raise the room temperature by yourself. The spa has a bath and a cold bath, so it is good to use it after entering the sauna.
As a recommendation, check in early. I would like you to enjoy the spa, restaurants, and Chatomfrani wines and make your stay luxurious.
GGuest UserIt wasn’t a bad hotel but with this price of staying I could find a nicer hotel. Facilities were quite old. Our bed was not in a good condition. The floor made of wood which make a lot of noise while walking. I can foot steps of hotel guests every time. However The view from the room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

XXihuanguangguangwenbaodenvshiVery very very perfect
1. The breakfast was very good and rich, but it was opened a bit late and only started at nine o'clock. Again, cherish his breakfast. There are really few breakfast restaurants that serve hot meals in Georgia.
2. I ordered a deluxe twin bed, and the hotel prepared 3 beds for me. The room was very large and not crowded.
3. Mountain view, Juejuezi, please see the photos and take pictures directly in the hotel room. Just wait for the sunrise in the morning
Many people are talking about rooms, and some are talking about cabins. I went to see the cabin. I felt that the cabin was in poor condition and I would not recommend it to people who have requirements for accommodation and meals.
Room budget and grabbing rooms are big issues, but this one is extremely cost-effective.
Let’s talk about the bad points: We drove here, so it was very convenient to go anywhere. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the supermarket near this hotel, and there are very few places to eat nearby, and they are also concentrated in supermarkets.
