"The hotel is a bit old, but it's rare to find a place with two rooms that can accommodate five people, making it suitable for a family trip for one or two nights. The indoor pool is definitely a highlight. The location is good, but the front desk staff seemed a bit old-fashioned and their attitude was just okay."

"Gave a lower star as the shower head was leaking water and my partner’s hand got a lil “burnt” from the direct hot water as he didn’t expect the hot water to be coming out from the handle. The ceiling started leaking as well in the middle of the night due to a heavy storm. The water dripped at midnight into our luggages and wet our personal items. Lucky for us, our items were in ziplock and relatively easy to salvage… but imagine if they weren’t packed in ziplocks… Could’ve turned out a lot worse. Frequency for Airport drop offs are hourly as well so do plan around that."

"The room was quite spacious, but there wasn't a luggage rack to put suitcases on. The resort environment is beautiful, right by the beach, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the pier. Plus, the ecosystem is amazing; I saw sea turtles, dolphins, and emus within the resort."

The Crown Tower Perth Front Desk charged me additional breakfast cost for 1 adult and 1 child which i already paid in Trip.com. During check-in, I mentioned to the hotel front desk that i booked breakfast for 4 pax. Subsequently I have to contact Trip.com and hotel to ask for refund. However the hotel still charged me credit card service charges due to their mistake. Their front desk’s service is really bad experience to me.

I got a free upgrade to an Executive Floor room. The hotel environment is excellent, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the lounge breakfast is high quality with great service. The gym has a good variety of equipment. It was a really pleasant experience overall.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel for a friends trip we were in a 3 bedroom villa. Lovely room, large with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Housekeeping was done daily and to high standards. Would have liked more toiletries replenished on the second day, because of the sprawling estate calling for housekeeping takes a while for things to be delivered. Breakfast is plentiful lots of variety. Cooked to order eggs did take took long. Overall a lovely stay, special thanks to Adelaide for making our dinner special!

Cons: parking a bit limited, unsecure. Elevator is functional but a bit scary for my partner. A microwave or similar would have been nice? Or even just cutlery? In places, property is showing age but within reason. Noise through floors/walls from other guests, even closing doors a floor above is very audible let alone TV/etc Shower head needed descaling and was a bit erratic Pros: On beachfront, although our view was a bit obstructed. Dining next door has always been excellent, great food. Room was large, functional, and quite clean and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, pillows pleasant and linen clean. Check in and out was easy and simple. Overall, I'd stay here again and plan to book a room again in December. Our 2 nights here were great, and watching the water from our table having dinner in the rain was fantastic. If you're expecting a 5-star resort, you'll be dissapointed. If you want a clean, large, comfortable room, in a good location and easy access to good food (recommend the fish and chip shop 5 mins away), and just a pleasant beach front stay? Book here.

Loved our stay at Novotel Perth! The rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was warm and attentive. The location was also really convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops and places to explore nearby. Everything was easy and comfortable from start to finish—a great base for exploring Perth!

A distinctive hotel with a minimalist aesthetic, one that strives to have personalized service but perhaps overstretches what it can accomplish. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton.

Ritz Carlton Perth is a wonderful hotel that pleases us in all respects. We believe it is the brightest gem in Western Australia. The accommodation is: - immaculately well maintained; - located in a vantage point shrouded in greenery and waters; - nice and comfortable house that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean; - very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - Hearth, the fine dining restaurant, offers one of the best food in Australia! Simply one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in West Australia!

The host was very friendly and gave us many good ideas where to visit. The breakfast was really good. The room is clean, big and cozy. It was a great place to do starglazing right in front of the house. We loved it so much.

We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort. The place was clean and the customer service was great. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the low water pressure for shower at the bathroom. It took us some time to get a good shower.
