Over the past few years, I've enjoyed coming to Yichun for the selenium-rich hot spring waters. A friend recommended this hotel to me. Although it's an older property, the staff are quite prompt in resolving issues. I stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub, which was great for immediate soaking and relaxation – a really thoughtful design. The bathroom even had amenities like body lotion. It's peak season now, and the hotel is almost fully booked. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the edge of Wentang Town and quite close to the Tourist Service Center. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

Definitely not a 7-star hotel, more like a 4-star at best. I got bitten by mosquitoes. The breakfast was disappointing, lacking any meat dishes, and nowhere near as good as the Xiangjiang Wenhua Hotel. Their restaurant is on the top floor with great views and a wide variety of food, whereas here, only the Cantonese steamed buns and chicken feet were decent. Parking was convenient. I appreciate that the hotel provided facial cleanser, toner, and mouthwash. However, the tea box had a lot of tea dust and very little tea.

I came here with friends, and the various winding paths and buildings within the scenic area were really interesting. We could explore for a long time, and there were photo opportunities everywhere. We also got to breathe fresh air and enjoy the natural scenery. Xian Su (the hotel name) was generally in good condition, very clean, and the service was attentive. There were staff members to help with luggage, and the staff within the scenic area wouldn't let any lost-looking tourist go by without proactively asking them where they were headed.

Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Location: The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Hoping for a better night view experience, I booked the Zixiao duplex room with a slide at Yangxian Village almost half a month in advance. The check-in speed and front desk service response were very timely, the environment was great, and the soundproofing was pretty good! Although the bathroom drain was blocked and water seeped back, it was resolved quickly, so the overall feeling was still okay! I even overlooked minor issues like my elderly family member complaining about the noisy dehumidifier at midnight, which led me to unplug the main power. In the subsequent follow-up, I gave a very satisfactory response. However, shortly after, I received a call from the hotel asking if I had touched the dehumidifier, saying that a screw had fallen off, causing the fan blades to stop rotating completely. They asked again if I had touched it. I stated that I had only unplugged the main power, and I saw a 'Please do not move' sticker on it, so I didn't dare to touch it. Furthermore, the white fan blades weren't moving the first time I squatted down to look for the power cord. Although the customer service repeatedly stated that they were just verifying the situation and there would be no subsequent accountability, it still left a bad taste in my mouth. From a tourist's perspective, I still don't understand why such a noisy dehumidifier would be placed in the room. It really affected my rest (or perhaps it was actually quiet before and only became noisy because it was already broken?). Of course, this is just a minor flaw. If not for that phone call afterward, I probably wouldn't have even mentioned this little incident... If the experience were rated out of 10, deducting this minor flaw, I'd give it 9.5 points!

Ji Hotel (Lushan Guling Street Ruqin Lake Branch) We brought the family to Lushan for a relaxing trip at the end of the summer holiday and specifically chose this Ji Hotel located in Guling Town. The overall stay was very convenient and suitable for family travel. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service. You just need to call and inform them of your arrival time, and they can pick you up directly from the cable car station. They also provide regular transfers to and from the upper cable car station, Huiyuan Road Station, and Zhengjie Station, saving you the hassle of dragging luggage and making sightseeing and returning to the hotel much easier. The hotel is equipped with washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for changing clothes during a trip. The front desk staff are very attentive; after clothes are washed, they help dry them, fold them, and bag them, which is very family-friendly. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the taste is decent. The room environment and facilities are consistent with the usual Ji Hotel standards—clean and tidy. Overall, the stay was stable and comfortable with good value for money. It's a reliable choice for a trip to Lushan.

The room was clean, bright, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, even offering a fruit platter on the first day of our stay. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with fresh and delicious ingredients. The clay pot soup was very flavorful, and the red bean soup was also good. The laundry room on the fifth floor was super convenient.

We had a fantastic stay, arrival is straightforward, a shuttle service at the entry gate brings you to the check-in lobby and helpful staff were available to support moving our suitcases to rooms. We had a wonderful butler Xiaohui who initiated all communication via weChat app providing us with guidance, tips and time schedules for various activities which made our stay smooth. Thank you very much for checking in on us regularly during our short stay we appreciate this. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you are a larger family or group given the close proximity to the carparking and shuttle service which really helped (lot of steps once you venture into the touristy areas). Room was great, good AC, standard towels provided (this is sometimes a concern to travellers), clothes steamer was provided upon request. Breakfast was a mix of western and eastern choices with one or two interesting active stations for cuisine options. For foreign tourists visiting this area, weChat and Alipay are crucial alongside Google Translate. The beautiful village lights turn off at midnight, so becomes a photographer paradise once day trip tourists disappear and the vilage landscape becomes yours. Full score! Wuyuan super healing treasure homestay! The most pleasant surprise of this trip to Wuyuan was to choose this homestay. The stay experience was directly full, and the whole process was comfortable and healing. Must focus on praise the butler, the service is particularly intimate and thoughtful. When checking in, take the initiative to help carry luggage and relieve the fatigue of the journey. I also carefully introduce the surrounding situation, sincerely recommend the authentic restaurants that locals often go to, avoid the net red stepping on the thunder store, and take the food guide directly, which is very practical. The overall environment of the homestay is quiet and elegant, clean and refreshing. The room is open and well equipped. My favorite is two large balconies with a wide view. Sitting in your leisure time, enjoying the scenery of Wuyuan Mountains and Wild Mountains, it is comfortable and relaxing. The sanitation is meticulously cleaned and the living comfort is very high. The overall price is super high, the service is warm, the environment is beautiful, and the details are full. I highly recommend this homestay for a trip to Wuyuan, and I will choose to stay again next time!
