MERCURE Tengwang Pavillion hotel is located just across Tengwang Pavillion and offers a great night view. Lot of eateries around for food options. Room is very clean and staff is very friendly.They allowed me to early checkin at 10am and late checkout next day at 2pm. I want to specifically than Ella ,front desk hotel staff memeber who helped me with food options and any other travel related information. She is definitely a great employee for the hotel group and left a very warm impression for me.

The receptionist was super kind; we got an upgrade free of charge. The room was good. In particular, I like the room very much: spacious, very clean and well-lit. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a good value for money.

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. The hotel is reasonable and value for money. However there is no phone in the room. A shocking incident happened with me. I was fast asleep and someone starting knocking at the door at 2am. When I checked thru the peephole it was hotel staff asking me to open the door. When I asked why, he typed on the phone(can't speak English) that I was making too much noise. When I opened the door and he saw that i was sleeping and couldn't have been making noise he just walked off. This was a very shocking and disturbing incident and would love for the hotel to clarify

The price was cheap. They do offer traditional costume and makeup for guest at discounted price too. The staff were friendly, but the heater itself wasn't too warm. Ended up asking the staff for more heater. There's free transportation to and from Wangxiangu, but you just have to give them maybe at least 15 mins heads up to avoid waiting so long.

Very near the train station - in fact there’s a great view of the high speed train line from my room, but you can’t really hear them thankfully. There are several restaurants nearby or you could walk to the train station in about 10 minutes. The carpets look as though they have never been replaced since it was built, hence my score for cleanliness. My room had a nice British touch with two armchairs in the Union Jack colours, being a Brit it was nice to see

The night view of Wunuzhou is very beautiful. The hotel room is located in the scenic area, which is convenient for sightseeing. There is a shuttle bus for pick-up. The location is very good. The overall environment is clean and tidy. The staff (Wang Dengyue) has a good service attitude, is enthusiastic and responsible, and highly recommended!

It was a great idea to book a hotel on the mountain during the Qingming Festival. I thought there would be a queue for the cable car, but it turned out that there was a green channel for hotel guests. After getting off the cable car, the hotel staff helped with the luggage. Check-in was very fast. When there was a vacancy, the hotel housekeeper called in advance to inform us, which saved a lot of time. I also went to soak in the hot springs. There are discounts for hotel guests. The return trip was also very convenient, and the holiday travel time was particularly good! The hotel rooms are too popular during the peak season, so be sure to book in advance!

Ridiculously late considering how expensive it is. Very difficult to get help with luggages. Luggage people/ concierge are rude and unhelpful. I had to complain to reception to get my bag move to my room. But reception staff is friendly.  Tips  There’s a nice food court outside the hotel (Yangxian Village). Literally 1 minute away but it’s not promoted by hotel. They will tell you to go downhill for food which is far away and super crowded.  You can drive straight to the r hotel’s front door if you have a booking. Entrance fee included.

There was heavy snow in Sanqing Mountain. We returned to the hotel like cuckoo birds. A bowl of warm red dates and lotus seed soup instantly warmed our hearts. I highly recommend this minshu. Excellent service by owner with pick up and drop off at bus station/ entrance to nearby Scenic Wangxian Valley tourist center. His rooms are lovely, comfortable, very clean, and intelligent with xiao du. The owner is a friendly, kind man. He loves to hike and took me for a sunrise hike. 20 minutes uphill after arrival by car to hiking trail. It's worth doing it. We got back by 7.30 am. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms as the bigger room was already booked. We enjoyed staying in this minshu with many restaurants and grocery shops, and a pretty cafe with very good freshly ground coffee. His neighbours are all very friendly and helpful too. Add his phone number that trip provides to contacts in wechat to keep in touch.

Hello all. The hotel is ideally situated, just 15 minutes walk along the river, or through the very old, beautiful neighborhood to the stunning lmperial kiln factory. The breakfast was a great variety of delicious regional Chinese cooking, and a treat to enjoy it surrounded by the hotel's striking, harmonious Zen atmosphere (not forgetting a fabulous fish pool). All the hotel team were amazing, They would go out of their way to help in any way; especially Zhang Yan, who endeavored to speak English and who put up with my appalling mandarin :) I thoroughly loved my stay and highly recommend it🙏

The hotel is decorated in a garden style, but the room decoration and environment are like a five-star hotel in the city. The service is also very good.
