The hotel is located near St. John's Church on Dresden Square. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. Our room faced a residential house, and we felt like we were immersed in the local area and experiencing German life!
The room was small but comfortable and very clean. We stayed at the one where the bathroom was not really separated from the rest of the room which made it a little bit awkward and inconvenient. Overall, the amenities provided were great: towels, shampoo, hairdryer, glasses, TV. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was polite and nice, so the service was top quality.
This hotel is highly recommended for any trip to Dresden. It boasts an excellent location in the Old Town, just about 70-80 meters from the archway between the two large statues featured in the famous Lonely Planet photo. The rooms are spacious (rare in Europe), fully equipped, with complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and a capsule coffee machine. The service was also very satisfactory. It's conveniently located for all the famous attractions in the Old Town, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Dresden.
The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.
Its excellent location, on the Prager Strasse shopping street, placing it within a 15-minute walk of Dresden's historic Old Town and major attractions like the Frauenkirche and Zwinger Palace. The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is an 8 to 10-minute walk away. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Room is small but comfortable and cleanliness. Breakfast is okay, basic food.
Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.
Family room with two double beds, the family is really comfortable to travel
The decoration of the room is low-key and elegant, and it is quiet at night.
Sleep well.
Breakfast is full, breakfast on the river bank view
I like this hotel very much and I like Maison very much.
It was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.
Great

Very Good
GGuest UserVery pleasant clean hotel, no refrigerator from the downsides. Very convenient location . Close to all sights . To settle for an hour earlier took 20 euros. But since we were after the night flight had to pay, although other hotels were settled without questions about the readiness of the rooms and without surcharges.. In the rest there are no complaints. Before entering the hotel there is a tour bus, which is also very convenient.
GGuest UserFriendly staff. Most of the staff doesn’t speak english.
Smelled of sewage in the bathroom. Weird interior design with huge glasswall between bed and bathroom is very unpractical at night with all the light going to wake others who are sleeping.
LLaubaMy partner and I stayed for two nights. The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from the central station, and the staff is friendly. However, the armchairs and carpet in the room were very dirty and clearly need renovation. The hallways were also dark. There was no coffee maker in the room, and the shower had mold around it. The breakfast, on the other hand, was very good and offered a wide variety. But I wouldn't stay there again.
