The room was meticulously cleaned without any overlooked spots, and the deep sleep mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully packed a portable breakfast for me as I was in a hurry to catch my next connection. The hotel offers a well-equipped laundry room, and the breakfast variety is extensive. The environment is quiet and elegant, truly showcasing Atour's humanistic attention to detail. Staying at the Xiangyang Intercontinental Hotel was a truly delightful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly, making me feel valued throughout my stay. While the food wasn't particularly memorable, the dining experience was still pleasant. The hotel itself boasts a unique courtyard-style design with beautifully arranged garden landscapes, winding paths, lush greenery, and elegant courtyards that create a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Located next to the ancient city, it offers a tranquil environment. This hotel is an excellent choice for a trip to Xiangyang, perfectly balancing quality and comfort.

This trip was a wonderful surprise and a truly touching experience, starting with booking the hotel. It was a warm welcome in the winter of 2026. I initially booked a hotel for that night on Ctrip, but later saw a discounted package deal. I immediately contacted customer service to modify my booking, and they listened to my request and contacted the hotel promptly to change the order. We were extremely satisfied! 👍 Furthermore, the hotel service was excellent, thoughtful, and attentive. A small note with a greeting was like a warm current dispelling the chill. In short, it was a truly unforgettable experience.

Honestly, the details across the board here just don't meet Marriott's standards. When I arrived at the lobby, all four front desk agents were gone... The place was deserted. Apparently, there was a car company product launch that day, but does that mean check-ins can't be processed? I had to go find someone to even ask about it, which was quite shocking. Then, the front desk agent who upgraded my room said it had a lake view. But once I got into the room, I found it was a corner room with no lake view at all... Honestly, if you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have minded. But to say it and then not deliver? In the room, the toilet paper holder next to the toilet was empty. I had to pry open the emergency roll. This is the first time I've encountered something like this after staying in so many star-rated hotels. When trying to fill the bathtub, the shower head clearly hadn't been cleaned, and the water kept coming out with fine grit. After filling three tubs, I realized it was an issue with the faucet. I couldn't even use the showerhead to fill it. My boyfriend stood by the tub for almost an hour trying to get the bathwater ready for me. Overall, Wuhan really lags behind the rest of the country in hotel management. They seriously need to step up their training. Even the doormen at the entrance seemed hesitant multiple times, as if they weren't sure whether to approach and open the door for me. I really don't understand it.

Quiet, comfortable and convenient. Suitable for business trips. The coffee on the first floor is also good. The front desk lady gave me freshly baked snacks and breakfast. I had a very happy stay.

It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel, boasting a classic charm and comprehensive facilities (like a dedicated underground parking garage and swimming pool). It's clear that the hotel management is on top of things, diligently maintaining all amenities. Upon arriving at the lobby, the staff's warm greetings made a great first impression. A pleasant surprise was a complimentary upgrade to a Horizon Club Executive Suite. After staying for three nights, I extended for an additional night. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Daily breakfast and dinner buffets were provided, and exquisite fresh fruit was delivered to the room every day. Next time I'm in Wuhan, I will definitely stay at the Shangri-La Hotel again!

The environment is fantastic, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful. Sitting by the window, enjoying the view and eating is truly delightful. It's also very close to the attractions we visited. The room even has a large bathtub, and a washing machine, microwave, and umbrella are all provided. The host's service is exceptional; they respond to messages very quickly. We initially had trouble with the washing machine, and after messaging them, the cleaning lady came over right away. The host also thoughtfully sent us a Wuhan travel guide, which was incredibly considerate!!!

The Tujia style courtyard has a great experience! The courtyard environment is simple and quiet, the Tujia atmosphere is full, and the courtyard is elegant and super healing. Both the room and the yard are very spacious and transparent, the floor is not high, the 3rd floor is still equipped with an elevator. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the sleep was particularly stable. The boss is warm and thoughtful, friendly, the details are attentive, and the location is very convenient. immersive experience of Tujia style, full cost performance, highly recommended, will stay again next time you travel!

The location is super convenient for transportation, getting around, and dining. Choosing to stay near Wanda Plaza was definitely a smart move. There are three 'conveniences' here! The visitor center is right across the street, making it easy for group tour meet-ups. The breakfast was also excellent. You can easily take an evening stroll along the river, which is very pleasant. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable.

Nico Li immediately helped package and mail it back, which was a huge relief – their sense of responsibility is truly outstanding. The front desk service was equally warm and thoughtful, even providing a complimentary breakfast, and the food was delicious. The entire check-in process was smooth, with no issues whatsoever. The staff were responsive, enthusiastic, and attentive, and every aspect of the service was top-notch. The value for money is incredible! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all travelers!
