The hotel was excellent! They even upgraded our room for free, which was huge and had a bathtub the kids could enjoy. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety of noodles and rice vermicelli, along with both Chinese and Western options.

This 5-star hotel really lives up to its reputation online. Right next to the check-in counter, they offer two kinds of complimentary hot beverages, which is a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and bright, and everything is spotlessly clean. The service was excellent; they really tried their best to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including local Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and Mian Wo, as well as Japanese sushi and Shaanxi Roujiamo, all of which were delicious. They even had both hot and cold low-fat milk. The mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable. However, there are a few minor details that could be improved. For example, the toilet in the bathroom didn't have a bidet or disposable seat covers, and the room also lacked an eco-friendly hotel tote bag.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during the National Day holiday! The soundproofing was really good. In the morning, I thought the delivery guy was a bit noisy, but it turned out to be a wedding next door, so it really blocks out sound well. Right behind the hotel is a large shopping mall with a Yonghui supermarket, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. They even provide kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and the hairdryer is a Philips! It was very easy to get here from Overseas Chinese Town, and the price was excellent for the National Day period. As for downsides, 1. there's no charging pile. I had to go to the Atour next door to charge, but it wasn't a far walk. 2. This one is a real bug: if two people are doing any two of these activities simultaneously – using the toilet, showering, washing up, or taking a bath – you'll definitely be seeing each other naked.

On our first day, we arrived at the hotel just as a wedding procession was taking place. Our taxi driver dropped us off early, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves and check in at the front desk. It certainly didn't feel like a five-star hotel's concierge service. Luckily, we encountered a concierge when we were leaving, otherwise, this stay would have been a huge disappointment. The twin room we got didn't have the small table and chairs by the window as shown in the promotional pictures. With two of us staying, only one person had a chair, leaving the other to either sit on the bed or stand. The bathroom faucet was an old-fashioned rotating type, and adjusting the hot and cold water in the shower was incredibly inconvenient – anyone who's used it would know. It feels like the hotel's facilities could really use an upgrade. Upon checking in, there were only two bottles of water in the room, and on one of the days, the tea bags weren't restocked. Was this an oversight by the staff or intentional? The welcome amenity was mooncakes, but I honestly would have preferred welcome fruit.

This hotel was a huge plus for our trip, and my child was very happy. 1. **Excellent Location**: Right in the middle of Chuhe Hanjie, just a few minutes' walk from the subway entrance, making it convenient to get anywhere. 2. **Standalone Hotel**: You need a key card to use the elevator. It's clean and quiet, a true oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle. 3. **Outstanding Service**: The staff proactively offered complimentary breakfast for three people. When we lost our room card, they replaced it without a word, showing how accommodating and gracious the hotel is. 4. **Quality Over Newness**: Although the hotel was renovated a few years ago, its star-rated foundation is evident. Many new hotels are just new, but this one truly showcases quality. The cleanliness, in particular, was impeccable, which is the most important thing when traveling with children. 5. **Satisfying Breakfast**: The breakfast spread was very good, with a wide variety of options that could cater to everyone's preferences. My child devoured two bowls of Wuhan's signature hot dry noodles. Even the plain yogurt was delicious without added sugar. My child insisted on staying here again next time we visit Wuhan.

The service apartment is very new, room decoration, appliances are in tip-toe condition. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Checking-in and out were smooth. Hotel is accessible to subway line #4 which brings you easily to nodes of high-speed railway stations. Hotel is also situated above the shopping mall which offers variety of food, entertainment and shopping venues. The Wanya restaurant in the hotel serves breakfast from 7am to 11am with western, Chinese and local food. Free brealfast was offered to my child out of goodwill during my stay. Liked the wash-dry washing machine, it saved me from washing and drying of winter clothes.

Absolutely great location, literally 10 feet from the Subway exit G of Xunlimen and 5 mins to the walking street. Had a small gym was enough for light workout, 24 hours 2 washers n dryer for your convenient for free. Buffer breakfast was good could be better. Water pressure was excellent, bed was very comfortable big and soft. Highly recommend this place. I will stay again whenever I come back to Wuhan. They also fulfilled my request online thru Trip.com. 👍👍👍👍👍

This hotel is located so conveniently for tourist. Right next to Chuhehanjie, where shopping is endless and street food is everywhere. Also very near to Wuhan Metro station, Minutes away from major tourist attraction. Hotel is right up to 5 star level when it comes to cleanliness and facilities but the same can't be said about their service. Chinese people are pretty reserved when faced with foreigners, sometimes cold downright. You won't get the enthusiasm of wanting to please you. It gets better if you speak chinese but if you don't then make sure you have a data plan that allows for Google Translate. Talking about data plan, be prepared to get a provider that has high data caps, or even unlimited. Wifi in this hotel is not foreign device friendly. But all in all, a good stay with my family, we enjoyed Wuhan very much.

The room was spacious and bright, and the King Koil mattress was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a full night's sleep. The 24-hour flexible check-in policy is truly a lifesaver, allowing for much more freedom in travel planning. The indoor heated pool's water quality was clean, and the fitness facilities were well-equipped. Breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. This stay, from the facilities to the service, was impeccable. I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Wuhan – it's absolutely fantastic value for money.

I enjoyed my stay here with New Century Hotel. Its location is handy, only taking around 12 minutes by taxi from Wuhan High Speed Railway Station and costing merely CNY17.00. The staff are very friendly and welcoming at the hotel reception and kindly booked a free drop-off service to the railway station. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which provides a variety of freshly made dishes to choose from, including many authentic Wuhan snacks.
