This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

We were very satisfied. With two adults and two children, we upgraded to a family room, which was spacious and clean. There were also a wooden horse, tent, and a stuffed bear for the kids to play with. The kids loved it. When we left, they asked me when we'd go back, saying they couldn't bear to leave the bear. 😄 The view from the window was also amazing; you could see the majestic mountains behind the main gate of Enshi Railway Station. 👍

This hotel truly boasts a rich heritage; every plant and tree is meticulously cared for. The scenery by Donghu Lake is, of course, stunning, but even the casual paths within the hotel grounds are charming, making it a perfect place for a relaxed two-day stroll. The facilities at Tingtao No. 2 are not as outdated as some online reviews suggest, and the bedding is very comfortable. There was no cold air conditioning in March, but they promptly provided a fan. The service was excellent; when I was caught without an umbrella on the path, a passing staff member helped me with theirs and called a taxi for me, which I really appreciated.

Great location and near the train station Jingzhou. I would like to thank the staff Miss Sunny Ye for helping to speed up my check out as my deposit was in cash, and I was rushing for a train. The room service is excellent as well. Shopping mall across the road, plenty of food options and some activities for families. Room ventilation is fantastic.

We chose this hotel for our Chinese New Year trip, and it was very kid-friendly! The staff even prepared amenities for children. The lobby had a strong New Year atmosphere, and the staff were very kind to the little ones. The surrounding area has complete facilities, making it easy to take the kids out. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so shopping and dining are just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts a pleasant environment, situated next to Xiangyang Nanhu Park and adjacent to the city wall. The entire hotel is a three-story building, with Chinese-style landscaping between floors, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including Xiangyang specialties like beef noodles, brown sugar cakes, and yellow rice wine. The room facilities are new, but one complaint is that the motion-sensor light in the room malfunctioned late at night. Even when the person was lying still and silent, the light would turn on intermittently, which was quite annoying. I raised this issue with the front desk upon check-out, and the hotel staff were very helpful, offering a small gift as an apology.

The hotel has its own parking and charging stations, which is super convenient. The room is spacious with a small balcony and is very clean. It has its own restaurant, laundry room, and gym, so the facilities are complete. Staff member Linlin was very enthusiastic and helpful. Highly recommended!

My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

This hotel is conveniently located at the top of Han Street. It's very new and luxurious. We stayed there on ***** New Year's Eve, and due to a signal issue that day, the TV sound was very low in all rooms. Although the staff explained the situation promptly, it still affected our viewing of the Spring Festival Gala. Otherwise, all other services were satisfactory.

I stayed for several days and am reviewing it today as I check out. First, let's start with the good points: 1. The service was excellent. Before check-in, they called to ask if I needed a parking space reserved. Every time I encountered staff, they greeted me with a smile. They upgraded my room for free, and since I stayed for several consecutive days, they even gave me two breakfast vouchers. 2. Breakfast. With the two breakfast vouchers, I went to check it out. They had noodles, rice, eggs, milk, bread, and small cakes, which was quite comprehensive. However, each variety had limited options, and I was a bit disappointed there were no steamed buns (the staff said the steamer was broken). A small suggestion: could the noodle bowls be replaced with larger ones? Serving such a full 'big bowl' of noodles (as shown in the picture) makes them easily clump together. 3. The laundry room and gym are very well-equipped, especially the laundry room. There's a whole row of washers and dryers, so there's no need to queue, which is fantastic! 👍🏻 4. Room. The slippers are very thick and comfortable, even better than those at All Seasons or Atour, surpassing many five-star hotels. They provided many hangers, which was very convenient for drying clothes after washing. The room also had a tea set and tea, which was a nice touch. All the towels were sealed in transparent plastic bags. Now, for the issues. I could give 5 points for everything else, but not for the facilities, for three reasons: 1. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom is positioned ridiculously far back. You have to turn around to reach it. This is the first time I've encountered such an odd design. It directly led to me dropping my earphones into the toilet while turning to grab paper – how frustrating! 2. The main door has a strong desire to close. Every time you open it, if you don't hold it, the door will shut at an extremely fast speed with a loud bang. If you're not quick enough, it might even catch your hand. This is a risk, so be extra careful if you have children. 3. There are no hooks under the towel rack in the bathroom, which makes it inconvenient to hang clothes for changing. They bought the rack, so why skip a few hooks? I don't understand the design logic behind this (see picture).
