Location is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)

The hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get everywhere. The rooms are a bit small and the facilities aren't new. The price was acceptable during the Chinese New Year period, but the room's cleanliness really impacted our stay. There were spills that hadn't been wiped up, the trash hadn't been emptied, and the water glasses had mold spots. When we contacted the front desk, the staff said they were too busy because of Chinese New Year and could only address it the next day. The parking lot is very small, but the parking attendant was enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. The soundproofing was decent, and breakfast was just okay.

Let's start with the positives: convenient transportation and a room with a panoramic river view as booked! Now for the negatives: on the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the air conditioner vent was leaking. The complimentary fruit platter offered as an apology felt very insincere. There should have been a greeting for the Mid-Autumn Festival as a gesture of human care! On both the 25th and 26th, getting up at 9 AM, I encountered housekeepers vacuuming the carpets while I was using the elevator. I told her that it should be vacuumed with a proper vacuum cleaner, otherwise, dust would just keep flying around in the enclosed space! She ignored me, probably thinking I was being difficult. So, while the view is great, the other services and hygiene are just so-so!!!

The river view is beautiful, and the location is great, very close to Lihuangpi Road and the riverside, so you can just stroll downstairs. However, there's no subway nearby. The hotel doesn't offer twin rooms with a direct river view. On each floor, there are only two 180-degree direct river view rooms. Although they are back-to-back, their doors are at opposite ends of the hallway. If a family books two 180-degree rooms, it's quite a hassle to meet up, as you have to walk a long way around. Your only option would be to pay extra to upgrade to a 270-degree river view room. There's only a single armchair by the window, and no small coffee table. When enjoying the river view from the window, there's nowhere to put your drink – you have to put it on the windowsill... If there are two of you, you'd have to drag the bench from the end of the bed over? The ergonomic chair was incredibly uncomfortable, and I found a layer of dust in the middle while trying to figure out how to adjust it. Both the ergonomic chair and the single armchair felt dirty. Perhaps it was peak season, but there were no perks or complimentary items. The 105 yuan 'Summer Enjoyment' voucher was also pretty useless, as it could only be applied to certain double set menus priced at 299 or 399, for example.

As a loyal customer of Ascott Group, I've stayed at numerous Ascott and Somerset properties in various cities, and this one in Wuhan truly ranks among the best. It surpasses many 5-star Ascott hotels in other cities in terms of facilities, service, and overall quality. Although the breakfast was a bit simple, it was clean, and some 5-star hotels offer equally simple breakfasts. So, you're getting a 5-star experience for a 4-star price. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wuhan. The best part is having a huge mall downstairs with a Yonghui supermarket – it's incredibly convenient! Plus, my two-bedroom deluxe apartment faced a quiet residential area, which is perfect for someone like me who's a very light sleeper. I really have to praise them. Before check-in, they even asked about my preferences beyond what was in my booking, which is a level of service I haven't seen in many 5-star hotels. And the free parking in the mall? That really highlights the absurdity of paying over a hundred RMB for overnight parking at a certain 5-star hotel in Beijing – truly, no comparison, no harm! I can't even list all the good points, hahaha!

It looked like a new store, so I made a reservation. The price was very reasonable and great value. There are shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs. There is a Hunan restaurant downstairs. The fried chicken tastes good. The location is easy to find. Parking is free. The lady is also very welcoming. The room The whole house is smart, Tmall Genie can control everything, and the air conditioning effect is great. I will book here next time.

The front desk upgraded my room type, and it was quiet at night, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Being a Hong Kong brand, it still has a strong Hong Kong flair and charm. The breakfast also featured Wuhan specialties. The parking lot was good, with clear and bright signs. The surrounding area is super lively and bustling, with everything you could want for food, drink, and entertainment. It truly is the star of Jianghan Road. I'll definitely choose Dorsett again next time.

It is especially beautiful during the day when sunlight moves through the garden and reflects across the clean, peaceful interior spaces. For anyone visiting Enshi, this hotel is a wonderful choice if you want to experience both convenience and calm. You are close to the charm of Daughter City, but once inside the hotel, it feels private, refined, and deeply relaxing. Pujian Courtyard-Style Hotel is not just a place to sleep. It is part of the Enshi experience itself — a quiet courtyard, a cup of tea, a peaceful pause, and a beautiful way to feel the spirit of Tujia Girl’s Town. Highly recommended for couples, culture lovers, tea lovers, and travelers who enjoy boutique hotels with atmosphere and character.

Location wise just right outside the subway exit. Easy to travel around many tourist spots nearby. Clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is better to contact the staff for easier and faster check in.

The room is very large and clean, the facilities are very complete, the boss is really super nice and enthusiastic, we have almost dinner at the store, the boss made a table of meals and invited us to eat with him, the taste is delicious and authentic Tujia flavor, there is a small courtyard KTV in the yard, you can practice a few voices after dinner, The surrounding environment is also very good. Quiet and quiet, parking is very convenient, the overall feeling is very comfortable, just like at home.
