Location is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)

The hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get everywhere. The rooms are a bit small and the facilities aren't new. The price was acceptable during the Chinese New Year period, but the room's cleanliness really impacted our stay. There were spills that hadn't been wiped up, the trash hadn't been emptied, and the water glasses had mold spots. When we contacted the front desk, the staff said they were too busy because of Chinese New Year and could only address it the next day. The parking lot is very small, but the parking attendant was enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. The soundproofing was decent, and breakfast was just okay.

I had to stay one night in Wuhan and wanted a hotel with convenient transportation, good food, and shopping nearby. This hotel met all my needs for a half-day stopover. From the airport, Metro Line 2 goes directly to the hotel building entrance, which is extremely convenient. The entire building houses five hotels on different floors. Atour's front desk is on the 56th floor, and all rooms offer high-level views. The hotel is close to Hankou Street and the Art Museum, making it lively and convenient. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a souvenir supermarket – a paradise for young girls! Nearby, you'll find popular spots like Cha Yan Yue Se, crayfish restaurants, and lotus root soup, with a whole street dedicated to food. The hotel's main entrance is under construction, so taking a taxi isn't very convenient, but the metro is the best way to get around and ensures a timely arrival at the airport. The room itself was clean and minimalist, typical of Atour, with comfortable bedding and towels. I chose a river-view room, and while it faced the river directly, the view wasn't as spectacular or brightly lit as the one from the restaurant area; it was a bit ordinary. The room size was also just average. The hotel's service, however, deserves the highest praise. When I used the laundry room, they proactively folded my clothes and delivered them to my room. The clothes came back fragrant and soft, perfectly solving the hassle of doing laundry on a humid day.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the riverside in Jiang'an District. It's surrounded by bustling streets and alleys like Li Huangpi Road, full of local delicacies such as hot dry noodles and Hubei cuisine. Along the street, you can visit famous architectural sites like the Soong Ching-ling Former Residence. In the evenings, a walk along the river is incredibly refreshing and pleasant. The room felt much larger than its estimated 46 square meters. The original design was simple yet practical, with a very reasonable layout and a bright overall color scheme that made me feel relaxed and happy. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded me to a deluxe room with a partial river view, which was a delightful surprise. This hotel was the best experience and offered the best value among the four hotels I stayed at during my trip from Changsha to Wuhan. Five-star rating, a big thanks to the front desk and service staff. Just one small suggestion: the spin dryer in the swimming pool changing room should ideally be replaced. It takes over an hour to dry clothes, and the effect isn't great. I'd also recommend replacing the bath towels.

As a loyal fan of Ascott and Somerset, I previously stayed at the Somerset on Wusheng Road, and this time I tried a new Somerset location – it was truly fantastic! The room was spacious and brand new, decorated in my preferred minimalist European style, and the heating was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Future City is right downstairs, with a Yonghui Supermarket and subway access, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The rooms were spacious, with modern furnishings and neutral tones that created a calming atmosphere. We could control lighting, temperature, and curtains via a tablet, making for a highly customizable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was equipped with a large smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging points. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-end fixtures, a rain shower, and quality toiletries. Small touches like beautiful floors in the bathroom enhance the luxurious feel. The overall design reflected the hotel’s commitment to modernity without sacrificing comfort. The Damei Holiday Smart Hotel offered an outstanding combination of convenience, modern amenities, and high-level service. Its smart technology enhanced our experience, and the hotel’s attention to detail ensured comfort and ease. You are close to the charm of Daughter City, but once inside the hotel, it feels private, refined, and deeply relaxing. Pujian Courtyard-Style Hotel is not just a place to sleep. Must give this hotel a big praise for the service! During the college entrance examination, the candidates' families took the initiative to provide late check-out until 5 pm (we are physical and chemical), and also helped us to set the hotel's buffet breakfast. Two people ate for 5 days and paid 49 yuan, which solved our big problem. We are all embarrassed. The service is super warm and the room environment is good. Living very at ease, the whole season is indeed excellent! !

This hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!
