"The hotel has been recently renovated using simple, basic materials: stone, iron, and reclaimed wood, creating a visual continuation with the surrounding landscape, truly well done. The Hotel Crimea is impeccably clean and tidy, and super welcoming. The staff is very young but highly competent. We had a booking issue through online websites, and the reception staff resolved it instantly without us even having to ask. Excellent work, not just because the problem was solved, but because of how professionally it was handled. The rooms are stunning and brand new, with top-notch mattresses. Each room boasts every comfort imaginable. The breakfast is fantastic, served in a spacious lounge, with absolutely everything you could want. We will gladly return. Chiavenna always offers wonderful surprises."
