Excellent location, Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on. Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

Convenient to the airport. In between the city center and MXP airport. International chain brand, great hardware and software. Hotel tax is also much lower than Rome. Recommended for conferences or catching a flight.

I went to Milan on business several times and stayed here with my colleagues. The most important thing is that the location is very good and convenient for travel. The hotel is also OK. You can't expect too much in Europe.

I stayed in this hotel from January 7th to January 15th because I have been here every time I come to Milan. As long as the location is close to the train station and the subway, the hotel is still safe. Strictly my accompaniment only allows me to enter the room during the day to find me at 7 or 8 o'clock in the evening and will not let me go to the room. I changed two rooms midway to live in the hotel. The hotel feels that the high-rise rooms are better than the quiet lower-floor rooms. The central air-conditioning sound is too loud.

A small hotel with great location. The room for three is quite spacious, all white and clean, the elevator is old and unique, the Chinese restaurant next door is good and the coffee is also OK. The only thing that need to improve: their pillow is too thin.

This is a very luxurious hotel which I booked for a veryyy cheap price. I had no expectations, again because of the price, but i was more than pleased and amazed when i got to the hotel. The staff are all very nice, it's a 24hr check-in which is a plus, close to the metro and the view both at night and in the day is stunning

New hotel but 1-star service I had high expectations for this new hotel, but unfortunately, my stay was a complete letdown. Despite the clean and new facilities, the service was shockingly poor. From the moment I checked in, the male staff was unhelpful when I asked for help with luggage as we were trying to unload our luggage and rushing to return the rental car. He just kept asking me for my details to check in. Requests were also ignored, as I tried to ask for an upper floor room instead of the ground floor room. He said if it was for him, he would stay in this room as it was bigger and said in Milan, tourists do not spend much time in the room anyway. He said it’s not like we pay 900 euros a night to enjoy a luxury hotel room. At that point, I was extremely shocked as I had never experienced any front desk staff who was so arrogant and ignored my request and just tried to convince me to stick with what I’m offered. Guess what, the room turned out to be a handicapped room on the ground floor without proper windows. At that point, I was already disgusted to even try to ask the front desk staff to change the room. So we ended up having a handicapped room which you’d get the entire floor wet when you shower. Not sure if it’s because the room was on the ground floor with the door facing the courtyard with trees, there were quite a few bugs and spiders in the room as well.  Housekeeping was inconsistent. On our last day, the room was not cleaned properly. We came back to the room half cleaned, but with no toilet paper and towels not replaced. We made several requests to have the items brought in and the staff seemed annoyed and rude. We only had to call because they hadn’t finish their job! Overall, the hardware of the hotel is nice but they need better customer service, staff training, and overall management improvements. I would not recommend staying here until they make serious changes.

YYuen NgaNice hotel service and nice location. Near the train and the bus station. They call it the Eternal City. A phrase that feels almost trite until you stand alone, utterly dwarfed, beneath the Pantheon’s impossible dome, or trace your fingers over travertine worn smooth by two thousand years of passing hands. Rome isn’t just eternal; it’s immediate, visceral, a theatre of existence where the past isn’t preserved behind glass, but bleeds passionately into the vibrant, chaotic present. And experiencing it solo? That’s not loneliness; it’s liberation. It’s a conversation, intimate and profound, between your soul and the city’s timeless spirit. My dialogue began at dawn, chasing the first honeyed light spilling across the Piazza Navona. Alone, you move differently. Unburdened by consensus or compromise, I followed whims: detouring down a cobbled *vicolo* heavy with the scent of baking cornetti, drawn by the sudden, breathtaking reveal of the Trevi Fountain, still relatively quiet. Tossing my coin wasn’t just a tourist ritual; it was a whispered promise to the city, a silent pact sealed in the cool morning air and the fountain’s roaring majesty. Solitude amplifies these moments – the crisp *click* of your heels on ancient stone, the unfiltered awe as Bernini’s marble figures seem to surge from the water, frozen in divine drama. You hear the city’s own heartbeat, the murmur of awakening life, the distant clang of a baker’s shutter, the splash echoing in the vast basin. Wandering towards the Roman Forum, the sheer weight of history becomes palpable, almost a physical pressure. Alone, you can truly stop. You can perch on a sun-warmed block of tufa, gaze at the skeletal arches of the Basilica of Maxentius reaching defiantly towards a piercing blue sky, and let your imagination run riot. No commentary needed, no shared speculation required. Here, amid the ghosts of senators and centurions, the silence isn’t empty; it’s resonant. You feel the centuries compress. A stray cat sunning itself on Julius Caesar’s altar becomes a perfect, poignant metaphor for time’s relentless, indifferent march. The Colosseum looms nearby, its brutal grandeur undeniable. Observing it solo, you feel its dual nature more acutely – the awe-inspiring engineering marvel and the chilling echo of spectated suffering. It prompts introspection, a quiet contemplation on humanity’s enduring contradictions, impossible amidst a crowd’s chatter. Then, the Pantheon. Stepping inside is like walking into the mind of God, conceived by mortals. The sheer scale, the perfection of the dome – that oculus open to the heavens – is humbling beyond words. A shaft of sunlight pierces the dusty interior, illuminating motes dancing like celestial dust. Sitting alone on a bench, head tilted back, the immensity washes over you. The whispers of fellow visitors fade into a reverent hush. You feel infinitesimally small yet profoundly connected to the generations who stood precisely here, awestruck, for millennia. Solitude allows this space for pure, unadulterated wonder. It’s not just seeing; it’s *feeling* the architectural genius, the spiritual ambition made stone. But Rome isn’t just monumental stones; it’s vibrant, messy, delicious life. Crossing the Tiber into Trastevere, the atmosphere shifts. Narrow streets twist like tangled yarn, laundry flutters like colourful flags between ochre buildings, and the air thickens with the garlicky perfume of *cacio e pepe* and frying *carciofi*. Solo travel makes you porous. You notice the old men arguing passionately over espresso at a tiny bar, the clatter of plates from a hidden trattoria kitchen, the effortless elegance of a Roman woman navigating the cobbles in impossible heels. You slip into a *salumeria*, point at mysterious cheeses and glistening olives, and assemble a picnic feast. Finding a quiet step on Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, watching life swirl around the ancient basilica as you savour pecorino sharp enough to make your eyes wa

DDaniel BazacToo much money for the value I received. They gave me a quiet room, i guess, as I requested. I did not have the time to check because when I intered the room I was struck by a strong and unpleasant odor. I am not so fussy but this time it was bad enough to make me go to the reception to ask for another room. I got one which smelled ... Like somebody stayed there. Or like a room which was not cleaned well. It has the most buzzard bathroom I have ever seen: there was a wall in the middle of of the room leaving only 0.5m to get from the sink or the shower to the toilet seat. Between the toilet seat and the bidet there were at most 30cm. Seating on the toilet seat you would literally have the bidet between your legs. The shower cabin was so small that I, having a little bit broader shoulders, was hitting it when turning and wiping. The appliances showed a lot of wear and tea. In the shower cabin there was only one shower head, fixed on the ceiling. No mobile shower head. Yes, they had furniture that you find in expensive hotels. But that was a bit damaged. There is a lot of marble at the reception but that does not improve the room I stayed in. And I found something in the room that looked like a little rock ... Or a nasty toe nail. The overall impression is that of a once very nice 4-stars hotel that was not and is not taken care of correctly. I have been in many 3-stars hotel that looked better than this, with large bathroom and shower cabin everything new and working perfectly, that have a much more reasonable price. Again, too expensive for what they are offering.

FfanqiA fantastic hostel! They offer 24-hour check-in service, and even though I arrived in the middle of the night, the staff warmly welcomed me, showed me around the facilities, and even offered me a welcome drink! The next day, I could store my luggage for free, and the staff kindly made me an espresso to start my morning. At noon, I had a small issue—my sandwich in the shared fridge was accidentally taken by someone. I tell this to the front desk, and coincidentally, the owner was there. She was incredibly thoughtful and even offered to have the kitchen make me a toast! Amazing customer service and problem-solving mindset! Next time I visit Milan, I’ll stay at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo again.

WWanderlust SuThe hotel is a 15 minute walk to the nearest station. Parking was complimentary too. We enjoyed the fruits, cakes and pastries during breakfast. Upon arrival, we gave feedback that the bathroom sink was choked and not fast flowing. It was rectified very quickly. There is also a small supermarket conveniently located across the hotel.

LLamees Al-MahroosWent there for a short 3nights stay In Milan, I followed the recomendations and book a room with a balcony on a high floor (Executive twin room on 9th floor overlooking the back street). The hotel is in a walking distance to the Duomo with a tram and bus stops opposite the entrance. The hotel is also surrounded by 3 restaurants (2 halal) and a small beauty salon. Reaching the hotel from airport was smooth. We were first greeted by a very polite and helpful bellman who took our luggage and then guided us to our room. As we walked to the reception we were greeted by everyone, such a frindly and helpful team (later on helped with directions and calling the airlines). The check in process went easy. Arriving at our room was through 1 of 3 elevators (small but efficient). The room (902 if I remember correctly) was located at the end of a corridor, in a very quite section. We were assigned a corner room and as I requested in a high floor, it was very spacious with lots of natural light coming from the balcony. The furniture was old-fashioned, 1 king bed and on request was separated to 2 twin beds, a small open closet (the room had sufficient space for a proper one), the room is also equipped with a kettle and coffee machine with daily refills of coffee, tea and water and a --free-- minibar. The marbel bathroom was also very spacious and very clean, the shower is amazing with very good flow of water, big size vanity (didn't like the black sink though). The balcony was very narrow more like a French balcony but on a corner furnished with 1 chair only (anyways it was scary to be there - liked the natural light it brought). My request was for twin beds but the reem had 1 king. I called the front desk to clarify and they arranged for housekeeping to seperate the bed. Allover, was a comfy room we enjoyed. The only 2 negative points I see were: - the old style furniture all over the hotel (need to be refurbished). - Housekeeping. 2 times during our short stay the door was opened without a knock or bill ring. This hotel would be on the list for a next travel.

MMilanguowangWhen there is an exhibition in Milan, the price of downtown hotels basically doubles or triples, and it is very likely that you can't book it. Although this hotel looks a bit far from the main city on the map, it only takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the M4, and you can also enjoy the life style of the real residential areas around Milan along the way. The hotel is newly renovated at first glance, the rooms are not only large, but also the facilities are all the latest, and the buffet breakfast is very, very delicious!!!

GGuest UserHotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.

TTinkerlisa84The hotel it’s self is lovely! The location is ok it has a bus that gets you from hotel to the metro pretty much outside! We ordered a take away and needed a plate…. No plates aloud to be given 🤦♀️…. 1st room was floor 8! And it’s was adequate and pretty miserable in there so we requested a change which was floor 7 and it was pretty nice! It’s a quiet hotel! If you can walk 10 minutes it’s that long to the metro but the metro gets you everywhere with a city pass
