Ordered for a colleague, the price is cheap in comparison. A colleague on a business trip said the accommodation was okay. And very close to the city center. I will probably book this hotel next time I have a chance.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is luxurious and grand. The room's amenities are good, but the decor's dark colors don't create a cozy atmosphere. The old bedding combined with dim lighting gives an unclean impression. However, the front desk and in-room bar service were both very good! Breakfast was fantastic!

Excellent location, excellent room for 4 people including one child. The settlement is convenient, up to 22.00 Check-in stand works. City tax for 2 nights 245 krone (or 10 euros). In the room is a teapot, cup, tea sugar. The floor is free of charge. No daily change towels, but they are given a lot and the bathroom has a well-functioning towel dryer. One of the best hotels in Europe. The amenities are basically like asian standards. There's sleepers, coffee, many other things I wouldn't expect a hotel in Europe to provide. The breakfast is very rich, definitely with good choices. It's also possible to exchange currency inside the hotel which is very convenient. Rooms are also very clean. I'd recommend anyone to stay there.

The location is great, and the attractions are about a 5-10 minute walk away. There's a bar downstairs, and it gets quite loud at night, so if you're bothered by noise, you might want to consider this.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Brno. In addition to a beautiful lobby and clean rooms with good amenities, the hotel is characterized by its very good service. I recommend booking a room with a city view. This offers a very nice view of the old cathedral. A welcome drink was provided. The breakfast is also recommended. A good selection of good products combined with excellent service guarantee a good start to the day. For the journey from the train station, I advise against booking a taxi during the Christmas period. Due to restrictions on access, the direct walk from the train station would have been shorter. All in all, I would recommend the hotel at any time!

This time I extended my stay by one day, so I used the ”Rebook” button on Trip.com to book the same room and avoid having to move. I had already notified the hotel when I stayed last time, and they said they would arrange it, but breakfast was not included, unlike the first time! Me quedé solo una noche y fue una buena experiencia. La ubicación es excelente, a 3 minutos caminando de la estación Brno Grandhotel donde llegan y salen buses desde y hacia otras ciudades, como Viena y Praga. Habitación limpia y espaciosa, baños y duchas limpias, con agua caliente disponible siempre. Pequeña area con hervidor de agua, microondas, lavaplatos y un set de platos y cubiertos. Habitaciones con caja fuerte, casillero, y pequeño lavamanos.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's close to the square and in a great location for walking around town. The staff were all very friendly, especially the breakfast reception staff who always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of items, and even though we stayed for three nights we couldn't eat it all. It was so delicious that we woke up looking forward to it every morning. The view was a bit disappointing, but it's a hotel we'll definitely stay at the next time we go to Brno.
