Great hotel with an amazing Location and spot on services. Special mention to Maria from the breakfast room she really knows what customer service is ! The hotel has a super equipped GYM , just opened , which make surely your stay to the next level . Their dependance has a standing view Thank you so much

Really smooth check-in with friendly staff, the cleaners were great, breakfast was really nice and an added bonus was that after breakfast in the lobby there was a free coffee machine! Room was perfect, with shower from the ceiling and great beds, would recommend 100%!!!

The service was very kindly. It is in the center station. If visitors need help, they will get what they need until 19:00. If you are sensitive with aircondition, you need to say that to them. You can see the central station from your window depends on witch room you have The big room has better bathroom from the small room. I am satisfied.

2nd time staying in this annex, excellent location for my work commitments in the centre. Possibility to use the services of the adjacent hotel. Excellent breakfast and wonderful welcome from all the staff, especially Maria!

Location good, room good but small. But one very negative and serious thing, at midnight the guest in the room next to mine managed to enter my room (obviously by mistake) with his key. It's not possible that a hotel has a single key that opens multiple rooms, something I've never heard of and very dangerous!

For the first time I was staying in this hotel I found the room very welcoming and comfortable with a spacious shower, very positive is the fact that it is located a few steps from the station thus facilitating travel to all destinations.

I had no view, the television was not connected and they did not specify on the phone which numbers to call the concierge or the maid. They sent us to another building next door, dirty and old, which we did not accept and we demanded that they change us and they did so. Ram T.

I stayed in this hotel for one night with my boyfriend. We had paid for a triple room and without giving us any kind of explanation they gave us a double room. The bed was not a double bed but two single beds pushed together. Furthermore, the topper was stained with blood and we found a plastic tray inside the mini bar with leftover food probably from previous customers. This means that the room had not been cleaned properly (among other things, courtesy set for one person and not for two). We reported the various inconveniences to the staff, who simply listened. It is certainly not a 4-star hotel if not for the recommended location, the luggage room and the coffee machine at the entrance!
