По приезде взяли НДС наличными, хотя этого делать были не должны, мы не являемся резидентами страны, после диалога вернули. Номер не соответствовал забронированному, был забронирован полулюкс с гостиной и спальней 66 м2, по факту предоставили обычный номер 25-30 м2. Не рекомендую, первый раз столкнулись с такой ситуацией, хотя много где останавливались.
