Yunqi Hotel (Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street)

This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The soundproofing is unbelievably bad; the walls are as thin as paper. You can hear every single noise from next door clearly – late-night conversations, footsteps, and the constant slamming of doors, it felt like a midnight horror show playing right in my ear. If you're lucky enough to have quiet neighbors, great, but if you get a night owl who stays up talking and moving around, forget about sleeping a wink; you'll just have to suffer through it. What's even crazier is the air conditioning. Even when set to 18℃, it still blew out hot air, making the entire room stifling, like a steamed bun fresh out of the steamer. Stayed in there for too long and I'd be sweating and feeling suffocated. But as soon as I turned it off, the room quickly became chilly, with a cold draft seeping into my bones. It was a dilemma – couldn't turn it on, couldn't turn it off. Our family of five was so excited for our trip, but on the very first night, this terrible AC's hot and cold antics got to us all. The next day, we all came down with colds – stuffy noses, headaches, and no energy. This awful hotel completely ruined our trip; just thinking about it makes my blood boil!

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very warm and attentive. It's just a stone's throw away from Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street.

Hygiene: Very good and comfortable, cleaned very thoroughly. Environment: Great 👍, right downstairs you're in a snack street and close to the subway, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Service: Very attentive service. Facilities: Quite good, with a communal self-service washing machine and a robot that can deliver food, so you don't have to go downstairs yourself to pick it up.

The hotel is really close to the pedestrian street, so it's super convenient for food and drinks, and delivery is easy too. There's a pharmacy and convenience store downstairs. The staff service was great. My only complaint is that the window in the room was fake, so there was no ventilation, and it felt a bit stuffy after a few days.

Overall, it was quite good, though the window placement wasn't ideal. Everything else deserves a five-star rating. It's convenient for the pedestrian street, the subway station, and finding places to eat.
