The sink was leaking, and the shower water wasn't draining properly, so I'm not sure if the drain was clogged."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! My last stay at a Ritz-Carlton was years ago at the Pudong location, and I understand this Wuhan branch is currently the newest Ritz-Carlton in China. We headed straight here after getting off the high-speed train and arrived in just half an hour. Since check-in is on the 46th floor, the concierge in the ground-floor lobby took our luggage, allowing us to go upstairs hands-free. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and every staff member we encountered was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Our room, over 50 square meters, felt spacious enough for our family of three. The hardware and amenities are, as expected, top-notch – the Ritz-Carlton has been a leader in Chinese luxury hotels for a long time. What truly stands out is how perfectly everything is executed. My wife particularly loved the Diptyque Fig scented toiletries, and as a soap enthusiast, I was quite taken with the small bar soaps. Our stay was for three nights and four days. Breakfast was served in the Western restaurant on the 46th floor. The restaurant boasts high ceilings and offers a stunning 180-degree view of Wuhan city, with window seats providing a distant view of the Yangtze River. The food selection was incredibly rich and exquisite; I especially enjoyed the unlimited Spanish ham – good thing we only stayed three days, or I'd have gained a ton of weight! In the evenings, my daughter enjoyed the rooftop pool. The tranquil atmosphere made even just sitting on a lounge chair by this 'cloud-top' pool an extraordinary experience. This short holiday was made truly special by the Ritz-Carlton. It certainly lives up to its reputation as the city's premier luxury hotel. On our last day, after check-out, a staff member thoughtfully gave me our room card as a small souvenir. This, along with the little lobster lion plushie my daughter received, will be important mementos of our trip to Wuhan. I hope to stay here again. A huge thank you to every staff member here – you truly embody the 'Ladies and Gentlemen' of the Ritz-Carlton!"

"Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped. The weighing scale is great for people on a weight loss journey, though the only downside is that it's not digital, so you can't see the numbers at a glance. Environment: The environment is superb, perfect for a walk by the lake. I was just too tired the day before, so I didn't get up for a morning stroll and only managed to walk around in the afternoon. Service: The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk lady was very enthusiastic. I wanted to enjoy the area a bit longer the next day before checking out, and she kindly extended our checkout time to 2 PM. It also started raining, which was perfect as we could come back and take a shower. Breakfast: The breakfast offers a complete selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, and even features Wuhan's special breakfast foods."

The room is nice too; the bathroom bathtub is a bit small but perfectly functional. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's close to the Geological Museum and K11. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money, highly recommended!"

No more worrying about not having clean clothes for the next day. Even though the hotel looks compact, I was pleasantly surprised to find a 24-hour gym! Dumbbells, treadmills – it was incredibly convenient for relaxing my muscles daily. The equipment is all new and impeccably maintained, making for a fantastic workout experience!. Beyond these two favorites, the hotel's overall environment is also superb! The facilities and equipment are very comprehensive. The room was bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, along with a door featuring a super large full-length mirror, showed incredible attention to detail. Perfect for taking photos and capturing my OOTD! The room even had a weighing scale and a mini-fridge! With summer approaching, chilled drinks are a real treat. The common area's lounge offered free snacks and magazines, so I could relax there in the evenings. The front desk staff always thoughtfully brought me a cup of tea, and their greetings made me feel right at home! It truly felt like home. From the facilities to the service, I couldn't find a single fault. It perfectly accommodates both business travel and leisure/fitness. This is definitely one of the best value-for-money hotels I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!"
