The room facilities were also great; it was quiet and comfortable. If I get the chance to visit Wuhan again, I'll definitely choose this hotel!"

"The front desk service was excellent! I originally booked a low-floor city view room, but the friendly young man at the front desk upgraded me to a high-floor, partial river view room directly. 👍 The view of the Yangtze River was great (saved me quite a bit of money! 🫰). The housekeeping staff was also wonderful. Seeing that I had covered the toilet with cling wrap, they thoughtfully left a disposable toilet seat cover for me when cleaning. They also gave me extra bottles of mineral water in the room. Before booking, I'd read some negative reviews and was worried about a bad experience, but after checking in, I realized my worries were unnecessary! Overall, a very good experience! 👍👍👍"

"The location is super convenient, and they offer free, clean parking. The room itself was nice, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and patient. The only downside was a bit of noise from next door at night. It's really easy to get to Jianghan Road from here, and the surrounding old town area has a wonderful, lively atmosphere."

"My dad and I recently spent eight nights at the Grand Madison Hotel during our first visit to Wuhan, China in July 2026. We selected this boutique hotel for its prime location, modern facilities, and its reputation for being highly accommodating to non-Chinese guests.Check-in was incredibly straightforward. The staff even set up a dedicated WeChat support group for us, which provided great peace of mind throughout our stay. We booked a twin room without breakfast. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a contemporary design with high-tech touches like automatic curtains and an electric smart toilet. Our only disappointment was the lack of a proper wardrobe; while there was a hanging rail, it didn’t offer enough storage space for two people to fully unpack their suitcases. Although breakfast wasn’t included in our rate, the hotel kindly provided complimentary morning coffee at the café adjacent to reception. A major highlight for us was the rooftop bar, which is a rare find in the city. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a cold beer, watch the sunset, and enjoy spectacular views of the river. Combined with an excellent location close to shopping, metro station, and easy taxi access, we highly recommend this hotel. We are already planning to return to Wuhan next April and are looking forward to staying here again."
