Overall, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but the stay was still comfortable. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so; one female receptionist was particularly impatient. Getting from the underground parking to the hotel lobby was also quite inconvenient.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was well-equipped and comfortable. The view was great, and the transportation was convenient. You can also scan a QR code to get Didi coupons. Booking through Trip.com made the hotel price quite affordable.

I specifically came to give this hotel five stars! From the moment I walked in, the service was wonderfully comfortable. The front desk staff patiently answered all my travel questions. The room had no strange odors upon entry, the toiletries were complete, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent. It was quiet at night, absolutely no noise. Breakfast had a wide variety and tasted great. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will prioritize booking here again. I mentioned my baby tends to be a bit fussy, and they accommodated us perfectly.

Excellent soundproofing ensures a quiet environment, and the bedding is very comfortable, perfect for both work and relaxation. Facilities: Well-equipped with conference rooms and a restaurant. Breakfast includes local specialties. Parking is convenient, and the garden grounds are well-maintained. Service: The service is professional and appropriate, with prompt responses. The staff are warm and attentive, offering a 'state guest' level of service. Overall, this is an outstanding garden-style hotel in Wuhan with excellent comprehensive facilities, highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

This is considered an older five-star hotel in the area. Its biggest advantage is its excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. The service is standard, with no significant issues. However, the major drawback is quite prominent: the room facilities are outdated, and the decor feels very old-fashioned. All the equipment is quite old, which significantly detracts from the overall stay experience. Aside from the location, there aren't many highlights. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a high-quality living experience.

The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but its central location is a huge plus, right next to K11. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk to the subway station. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there's a residential area nearby with plenty of options to experience a traditional Wuhan 'Guozao' (breakfast). I booked a triple room, but there were only amenities for two people, which is something they should really pay more attention to in the future to match the number of guests.

Food service was fast and responsive, and everything tasted great – perfect for a tight schedule during a business trip. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful and had a fantastic attitude. They upgraded our room and, when we extended our stay, patiently helped us find the most cost-effective option. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and our dog was just as comfortable as we were. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
