GGuest UserWent to Wuhan for my girlfriend's birthday, and the hotel's environment was really great. The exterior had a nice design. Our room got upgraded, so it was very spacious, and the service was thoughtful – they even gave us a cake, which really set the mood! We took a walk along the river, and in the evening, we came back to the hotel to have some snacks and chat, which was super relaxing. I'd love to come back again! ✨✨

GGuest UserThis time I took the time to visit Wuhan. I went to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, the river beach and the Yellow Crane Tower. Although the weather in Wuhan was very hot and tiring, it was still very rewarding! This time I chose Wuhan Zhuankou Sports Center Fengdu Hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was hit by the fragrance. The lobby is full of decoration and has a metallic texture. The young brothers and sisters at the front desk were also very friendly. They were polite, took the initiative to help carry their luggage, and helped arrange a room near Taizi Lake. The rooms are large in size, all are voice-controlled, and songs can be played in the room. It feels like the room is full of technology! I highly recommend everyone to visit Wuhan, and I also recommend you to choose Fengdu Hotel in Zhuankou, Wuhan! ! !

GGuest UserI stayed at the newly opened Ritz-Carlton during the May Day holiday, and it was a great experience.
The room's decor, facilities, and amenities all felt very high-quality.
The public areas featured elegant and bright color schemes, with grand and beautiful floral arrangements. The off-white base color paired with light purple flowers gave it a youthful and stylish vibe, distinct from other Ritz-Carlton properties.
Misty blue reflecting the river, with golden accents. The low-saturation, sophisticated color palette blended the historical culture of Jingchu with modern design, creating a serene and luxurious corner in the clouds.
Layered glass and crystal screens mimicked the sparkling and flowing river water.
The theme ”Flowing Light of Chu Rhyme, Swans Soaring East” brought a modern interpretation to Chu culture and the watery charm of Jiangcheng (*****).
The service, in particular, deserves a special mention. From before check-in, I received prompt email replies. Our butler, Evan, added me on WeChat to meticulously inquire about our needs, arranging flowers, balloons, and a cake to celebrate a birthday.
From the moment he personally greeted us at check-in, a 'returning home' mode of service began for our three-day, two-night stay. He arranged our executive lounge check-in, car services, and recommended dining. Any request was swiftly addressed; I'd be upstairs, and the downstairs concierge already knew where I was headed. It was truly meticulous. The Executive Lounge manager also took great care of us during our meals, explaining dishes and providing hands-on service.
For a newly opened hotel, the management is incredibly mature. From the greeters at the entrance to the ladies serving at the lobby bar, every hotel staff member we encountered was enthusiastic and greeted us warmly.
It was an emotionally fulfilling stay, full marks!
Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway. It's connected to IFC Plaza, so there's no need to go out for all sorts of food, including crayfish. There's also an open-air shopping street to browse, and Cha Yan Yue Se (a popular tea shop) is downstairs with no queues.
I thoroughly enjoyed my few days here, not having to go to crowded tourist spots.

SSuiyuliuzhuHad a very satisfying stay in Wuhan. Turndown service was provided in the evenings, and the ice bucket was refilled. The decor is probably the best, apart from the Ritz. The service was warm and welcoming, and when I mentioned there were a few mosquitoes in the room, they even provided mosquito repellent! Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

It's super close to Gude Temple, so getting around and hitting all the popular spots is a breeze, saving you travel time and making your itinerary much more relaxed. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. You can easily walk to all the famous trendy districts nearby, and with the subway right on your doorstep, it's convenient to reach attractions across the entire city. The hotel environment is upscale and elegant, the bedding is comfortable for a great night's sleep, and overall, my stay was quiet and incredibly pleasant.

GGuest UserAfter seeing so many positive reviews, I was really impressed by the lobby. However, I was utterly disappointed when I got to the room. First, there was a stale smell, the room was tiny, and the bed was low and too soft. The bathroom and shower were also very small. This was the most expensive room I stayed in during my Wuhan trip, at 860. On top of that, the 'king size bed' was actually two single beds pushed together, which was truly frustrating and a bit of a letdown. It was worse than the Kaiyuan hotel's 65-square-meter room for just over 500. On a positive note, the two young ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. When they asked about my stay, I told them my honest feedback, and the front desk attendant said they would make improvements.

**Front Desk Service - Leon Li: Warm, Professional, and Welcoming**
As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, a staff member immediately came forward to help with my luggage. Upon entering, Leon Li at the front desk promptly stood up with a smile to greet me. He was patient and efficient throughout the entire check-in process. I arrived two hours late due to a flight delay, but the front desk didn't rush me at all. Instead, they thoughtfully informed me that they had already reserved a room with a better view. They also thoroughly explained the hotel's breakfast hours, gym operating times, and local transportation tips. What touched me even more was when I casually mentioned needing to catch an early high-speed train the next day. The front desk proactively helped me book a wake-up call and even prepared a portable breakfast bag in advance. The attention to detail truly made me feel warm and cared for. Throughout the entire interaction, the front desk maintained a gentle tone, professional yet approachable, without any hint of perfunctoriness. It instantly melted away my travel fatigue, giving me a sense of comfort and belonging, like coming home.
**Room Facilities: Comprehensive, Convenient, and Supremely Comfortable**
The moment I opened the guest room door, I was struck by the abundant natural light and tidy layout. The room was spacious, with a simple yet elegant decor. There were no superfluous decorations, but every detail exuded sophistication. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the pillows were just the right height, providing excellent support for a perfect night's sleep. The room was also fully equipped.
My short stay of a few days truly made me feel the hotel's dedication and professionalism. The warm service from the front desk, the comfortable room facilities, and the impeccable cleanliness all showcase the hotel's quality and sincerity. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I've already added it to my 'must-stay list' and will choose it again on my next visit!

HheeqinnI stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights. Although it wasn't a lake view room, my positive impression from previous stays continued. The hotel's service in all aspects was good, and despite being peak annual meeting season, it wasn't noisy. Special commendation goes to Feng Chongtian and Chen Zhishan from the health center and kids' club! They were especially friendly and patient with children.😄

**Environment:** It's located near Hankou Beach, just a 1-minute walk from Exit L3 of Sanyang Road Metro Station. To the north are Shanhaiguan Road and Wuhan Tiandi, and to the south are the Hankou Historic Area and Li Huangpi Road. There are tons of delicious dining options and takeout choices right downstairs! A three-minute walk east takes you to Hankou Beach, which is beautiful for a stroll both day and night. At this time of year, you can even see cherry blossoms in full bloom.
**Facilities:** The decor is consistent with what you'd expect from a Four Points hotel. It features a semi-smart Moen toilet, frosted bathroom fixtures, a comfortable mattress, and very comfortable desk chairs (great for dining or working). Being a high-rise hotel, many rooms offer stunning views of the Yangtze River.
**Service:** The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. A special thanks to front desk staff member Erina Wu for upgrading me to a river-view bathtub room when availability allowed. She also offered greetings and assistance throughout my stay. Polite, smiling, and truly excellent service.
