Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable.
Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Guest UserI was a bit worried at first because my eyes are sensitive to decor, but I had no issues during my stay. I love hotels that are new and where I can feel at ease. The breakfast included local Wuhan specialties, so I didn't need to get up early to find breakfast on the street – it was clean, time-saving, and delicious. There's a Feifei Shrimp Restaurant nearby; I put my name down from my room, and by the time I walked down, my table was ready – that was pure bliss! There's also a Cha Yan Yue Se downstairs, and it wasn't crowded, so service was quick. From check-in, I experienced thoughtful service, and the complimentary welcome fruit was super sweet. The bathroom was huge, the room had excellent soundproofing, and the view was amazing. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Guest UserThis hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

Guest UserWe found it super convenient coming from Hankou Railway Station; the hotel is right by the metro entrance. The staff were warm and polite, and the room hygiene was excellent! We stayed for 2 nights, and the cleaning staff were incredibly thoughtful. They even tidied up our randomly placed small items perfectly! Even our reusable bags were folded neatly into squares – it left a strong impression!

Guest UserThis is for our second night, and I wanted to add a few more details:
1. When the housekeeping staff cleaned our room, they noticed we used the table for drinks on the first night and replenished a box of tissues on the table, which wasn't there originally.
2. The housekeeper helped my girlfriend find her lost hairpin, even though we hadn't mentioned it beforehand. It's clear they clean very thoroughly, and they even folded our messy clothes. The housekeeper really deserves a commendation!
3. The turndown service was also good, and it's a nice touch that the hotel provides steam eye masks.
4. One point I missed in my last review that I'm adding here: I'm really curious why a hotel that opened in December 2019 is still using towels all manufactured in June 2019, with no replacements whatsoever. Personally, I don't think even my own towels would last seven years, let alone those used by rotating guests... There are quite a few things to complain about, but it's still pretty good value for money, and the afternoon tea is very photogenic. However, the hotel seems to put a lot of effort into the public areas, and the guest rooms really need more attention.

Rooms:
This hotel is old, after all. I stayed here 19 years ago and had an excellent impression. I didn't expect to be so disappointed this time compared to back then.
The glass top of the coffee table next to the sofa in the room was just resting on it and was very unstable. My son leaned on it lightly and almost cut his hand. Thumbs down.
I don't know if it was the bedding or the room, but there was a musty smell. This is what I absolutely cannot stand. I guess it's probably similar throughout their rooms. I ended up using my own disposable pillowcases.
However, the soundproofing was good, and it was far from the elevator, so I slept quite well.
Service:
Definitely not good, and certainly no feeling of being 'home away from home,' just cold and indifferent. The business traveler next door got an upgrade, but I didn't, even though I mentioned it to the butler who contacted me in advance. I can understand, though; an individual guest probably can't compete with business accounts.
Pool:
It was better than I remembered, but... the pool doesn't provide water or towels. You have to buy them yourself. I was speechless. Isn't this your hotel? But then again, the hotel's prices are indeed low, so I'll just put it down to being cheap.
Parking: There are charging stations, which is a plus.
What left the deepest impression... the matcha toast at the lobby bar. I really liked it, it was delicious.

MichaelWang052660The location is super convenient, directly accessible from Exit D of Guanggu Avenue Station on Metro Line 2. The lobby retains the design of its predecessor, The Puyu, with a whole wall of bookshelves and bronze elements from Chu culture, giving it an 'ancient tomb chic' vibe that's both sophisticated and tasteful – perfect for photos.
The room itself is spacious. The dark wood paneling, while a bit dim, adds a touch of quality. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The bathtub and double sinks are a big plus.
Breakfast is definitely a highlight! They have all the classic Wuhan breakfast dishes like Re Gan Mian (hot dry noodles), San Xian Dou Pi (three-delicacy tofu skin), and Mian Wo (fried doughnut). The freshly cooked noodle station is bustling with activity, and the Western cold cuts and freshly ground coffee are also excellent. You'll definitely be full before you head out for the day!
The overall service is attentive; the front desk even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor room with a view. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure. I'd definitely come back for a second stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Qiudeyizhishangshangqian❇️The room was great, better than expected. It was clean and tidy, with an unobstructed view of the river, and the night view was especially beautiful and refreshing. Although it's only about 30 square meters, it felt much more spacious. There's a robot in the room that can adjust the ambiance, which was fun, and the ceiling can even create a starry night sky effect. Winnie at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. My only minor disappointment is that it would have been perfect if there was a tea set, as I enjoy drinking tea.
