During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

This was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet. For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

The service at this Marriott property is, as expected, impeccable. From the doorman to the lobby manager, the staff guiding guests and handling luggage, and the front desk receptionists, everyone was incredibly professional and attentive. Even the housekeeping staff patiently replenished our supplies multiple times. It was a true star-rated experience. The bedding was comfortable, though the room was a bit more cramped than I anticipated. The hardware felt a little dated, which is understandable given the hotel's age. Oh, and for coffee lovers, you absolutely *must* try the coffee at the lobby lounge! I didn't have high expectations for hotel coffee, but their ”one bean, three ways” offering completely blew me away. That special blend was so unique and delicious. I might just stay at this hotel again just for that coffee.

The stay was excellent, the room was comfortable and tidy. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the lobby is grand and stylish. It's very close to the Sports Center, and getting around by subway is also super convenient.

This hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

Each time I visit Wuhan, Fairmont Wuhan is my top choice. The hotel's overall ambiance is sophisticated and grand, and the soundproofing and bedding in the rooms are excellent. I'd especially like to commend Jenny. She's incredibly attentive when assisting returning guests, always considering individual preferences. Her communication is gentle and considerate, and she handles all requests, big and small, flawlessly. Mandy also shows great concern for my experience. These consistently comfortable stays wouldn't be possible without such high-quality service. Everyone's service is commendable!

Overall, my stay was good, but there's still room for improvement regarding concierge service during checkout. The hotel's environment and facilities were excellent, and my check-in experience was smooth. However, I encountered a minor issue during checkout: I called the concierge department in the morning before checking out, hoping they could help with my luggage. I waited in my room, but the concierge never arrived as promised, and I ended up carrying my bags down myself due to time constraints. I understand that hotels can be short-staffed during peak hours. Still, I recommend improving the follow-up and execution of service appointments. Alternatively, it would be helpful to inform guests proactively if a service cannot be arranged promptly to avoid unnecessary waiting. I hope the hotel can refine this detail to enhance the overall service experience.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was quiet. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and patient. Check-in was efficient, and they were always proactive in helping with any requests, which was really heartwarming. The location is convenient, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, and it's highly recommended to friends and family!

The hotel's overall ambiance is great, especially the sunset in the evening. However, the service needs improvement. For example: 1. I booked and paid for the room through Trip.com, and the reservation was confirmed. But upon check-in, I was told they couldn't find my booking. It took half an hour to get the room key, which was very frustrating, especially since the elderly and children in my group had been on a 6-hour train ride and couldn't rest in the room. The guests had already shown proof of their successful reservation. The hotel could have easily given us the room key first so we could rest, and then slowly dealt with the issue with the third-party platform. Instead, they made us wait at the front desk, and even with the lobby manager present, the handling was very unprofessional. 2. The hotel breakfast costs 98 yuan per person, which isn't cheap, but the variety of dishes and facilities don't match the price. For example: out of 8 hot dishes, 4 were staple foods (two pots of rice + two pots of noodles), and the other four were mostly vegetarian, leaving very few choices. The cereal area was served from a large basin, and we had to scoop it out with a thick wooden spoon, often spilling it outside the basin. The beverage area only had 3 types of flavored drinks, no freshly squeezed juices, except for one freshly squeezed watermelon juice hidden in a corner and only offered to members (if they specifically requested it). The yogurt was also served from a basin, meant for fruit salad, with no individual yogurt cups. There were also no condiments (sugar, salt, etc.) on the tables, and so on. 3. The room cleaning was also not thorough. Hair was on the bathroom floor when we left, and it was still there when we returned in the evening. We left a tag indicating that the bed linen needed changing, but it was not changed.
