Wuhan Hotels with Shuttle Service

I booked a Hollywood twin room. Vivian was very nice and helped to upgrade it. She also arranged a room with a lake view. She responded to messages in a timely manner. The lobby was very fancy. The overall experience of staying here was very good. I recommend staying here! Let me first praise the advantages: 1. The room is large and well maintained. It is a little old, but it doesn't matter if you don't look closely. It is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the room temperature is suitable, and the room facing the lake can see the sun rising, which is very comfortable. 2. The cleaner is very polite and delivers things quickly. She cleaned and folded the clothes for the renewal room, wiped the skin care products and put them in place, and left a note. 3. The attitude of the staff I met was very good, with a smile. When I picked up my luggage, I left the coffee there and forgot to take it. When I returned, I found that it was thrown away for me, but I immediately refilled the coffee in the lobby bar for me, which was also very delicious. 4. The hair dryer is very useful and my hair dries very quickly. The toiletries are easy to use. 5. The sound insulation is very good. It seems that there is a staff rest room directly opposite the room, but I have not been disturbed by the housekeeping or other guests for two nights. 6. Downstairs is the subway station and Cha Yan. There are taxis waiting at the door at any time. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to Wuhan Station. I took taxis all the way in Wuhan. Taxis are fast and cheap. Things to be improved: 1. The washbasin in the room is too far away. You have to bow 45 degrees to prevent water from splashing everywhere. 2. The teeth of the wooden comb provided are too short and not easy to use. 3. The pattern of the mouthwash cup looks more ”down-to-earth”. I can't tell whether it is dirty or not. I am a little afraid to use it. It is recommended to replace it with a transparent glass cup. 4. The shower head is broken, and water is everywhere~ 5. The electronic scale in the room seems to be broken and does not display 6. The mini bar is removed. The food in Wuhan is very spicy and salty. I can't get anything to drink temporarily. You can call the front desk separately to make up for it. The last one is neither an advantage nor a disadvantage, that is, you have to go down to get the takeaway by yourself. Wuhan is a good place. I will come to play next time~

The hotel is in a prime location. Jiangtan Park is just across the road from the hotel. You can also enjoy the river view when taking a walk in the morning and evening. It is recommended to walk from the hotel to Jianghan Road for about 30 minutes. One way is to take photos of the night view of the Yangtze River along Jiangtan Park. The other way is the road behind the hotel, with many historical buildings along the way. The waiter on the 23rd floor cleaned the room in a timely manner and the bed was comfortable for sleeping. The hotel's indoor swimming pool is clean and sparsely populated and not open to the public. The breakfast is rich and has a variety of specialties. The Thai food in the revolving restaurant on the 41st floor is delicious. I visited the Hubei Museum, the Wuchang Uprising Memorial Hall, the Yellow Crane Tower, and the Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The food and snacks are affordable. Looking forward to the next in-depth tour.

The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

Newly opened, high cost-effective, full experience! The newly renovated rooms in 2024 are spacious and bright, with modern and smart furniture layout, large TV screens, and sufficient water pressure in the bathroom. Free mineral water, a small refrigerator and rich breakfast (including authentic bean curd) are all available, and the per capita consumption is worth the money.

The hotel quite exceeded my expectations. The location is great! Near the subway station and some famous restaurants and cafes such as starbucks and burger king. The staffs were also nice and very accommodating. There was a problem with my room but they solved it quickly and paid attention to it in a polite manner. The room is comfortable and the bed is too soft!! Cleanliness is perfect and the facilities are brand new! Will definitely go back again and recommend to my friends.

We chose this hotel based on two key factors: 1. Previous reviews 2. Location (This was very specific to us) 10/10 for everything. They don't really do food, but what they supply for free is very good. There are too many very good places to eat nearby, including a Black Pearl (Michelin) rated Cloud and Stork. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel always clean, Fresh towels every day. Free clothes washing (2 hour turnaround), but make sure you let them know if items don't need tumbling. During our stay in China we stayed at 5 different hotels across Beijing, Cheng Du, Chong Qing, Shenzhen and Wuhan. The QiuGou was the cheapest but far better in some elements than the most expensive 5* in Beijing!! Planning to stay again next year when we revisit family.

Service: Suitable for five stars. The front desk girl Luo is very enthusiastic. The lady in the breakfast room and the cleaning lady in the corridor are also warm and friendly. Environment: We seem to have upgraded the room because of points or membership. The 27th floor is a ladies' floor (or I forgot what it was called). In fact, it is not only for girls to stay, but the layout inside is friendly to girls. There are special hygiene products, curling irons 🈶 and Barbie pink robes. The room is very comfortable.

I have stayed in many hotels, but the hospitality at this one was excellent. The rooms were clean and neat, and they provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. This time when I came to Wuhan, I really chose the right hotel! The location is amazing, not far from Hankou Railway Station, and it only takes a short while to get there with luggage. The room has a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, with a super wide view and a panoramic view of the city. The staff is considerate and thoughtful, and any problems are solved immediately. I must give it a thumbs up and I will come again next time!
