I brought my family to Wuhan for the National Day holiday. We stayed in Wuchang on the first day, but because we needed to catch a train from Hankou Railway Station the next day, we opted for a hotel near Hankou. This hotel was conveniently located, not far from Hankou Railway Station, and near Metro Line 2. The hotel area was quiet, the hotel environment was nice, the rooms were large and clean, and the service was excellent. In the evening, we asked the receptionist for a recommendation for a nearby restaurant serving Hubei cuisine, which was within walking distance. We were very satisfied with the price and the food! I was very happy with this last-minute hotel choice, and I would definitely choose it again next time I'm in Wuhan!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The location is great and easy to find, right by Chuhe Hanjie, making it convenient for getting around. The Fruit Lake Metro Line 8 is right downstairs. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept soundly at night. The front desk staff, both male and female, were very friendly and processed everything quickly. They were also helpful with any issues. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I had a very pleasant stay.

This well-known hotel next to the Provincial Museum was a must-visit for me. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but Manager Yao handled it promptly and thoughtfully, which I really appreciated. Since my child was taking a key exam, they arranged a quiet room for us. The room was spacious, and the TV had a large screen with separate 'cable TV' and 'internet TV' buttons on the remote, which was very user-friendly. You could scan a QR code in the room to book laundry service. The laundry room on the 6th floor was clean and bright, and right outside the door was an outdoor drying area. Our clothes were drying outside, and when it started raining, I rushed back to retrieve them, only to find that an attendant had already brought them inside and hung them up. I was very grateful for that. The buffet is on the 2nd floor. The breakfast spread was extensive. I tried the Wuhan hot dry noodles, beef noodles, and wontons, all of which were authentic and delicious. My child, who usually has a poor appetite, raved about the plain congee and the preserved egg and lean pork congee. The Western options like bacon, bread, and blueberry jam were also excellent and offered a rich flavor. I even saw several foreign tourists while eating, making it feel quite international. It was raining when we checked out, and the staff thoughtfully allowed our car to pull up directly and even helped with our luggage. It was a really heartwarming gesture!

I specifically came to give this hotel five stars! From the moment I walked in, the service was wonderfully comfortable. The front desk staff patiently answered all my travel questions. The room had no strange odors upon entry, the toiletries were complete, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent. It was quiet at night, absolutely no noise. Breakfast had a wide variety and tasted great. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will prioritize booking here again. I mentioned my baby tends to be a bit fussy, and they accommodated us perfectly.

The river view is beautiful, and the location is great, very close to Lihuangpi Road and the riverside, so you can just stroll downstairs. However, there's no subway nearby. The hotel doesn't offer twin rooms with a direct river view. On each floor, there are only two 180-degree direct river view rooms. Although they are back-to-back, their doors are at opposite ends of the hallway. If a family books two 180-degree rooms, it's quite a hassle to meet up, as you have to walk a long way around. Your only option would be to pay extra to upgrade to a 270-degree river view room. There's only a single armchair by the window, and no small coffee table. When enjoying the river view from the window, there's nowhere to put your drink – you have to put it on the windowsill... If there are two of you, you'd have to drag the bench from the end of the bed over? The ergonomic chair was incredibly uncomfortable, and I found a layer of dust in the middle while trying to figure out how to adjust it. Both the ergonomic chair and the single armchair felt dirty. Perhaps it was peak season, but there were no perks or complimentary items. The 105 yuan 'Summer Enjoyment' voucher was also pretty useless, as it could only be applied to certain double set menus priced at 299 or 399, for example.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel, largely due to their faulty UnionPay system. On the first day of Chinese New Year, during check-in, I was incorrectly charged – something that has never happened in all my years of staying at hotels. It took two full days to resolve, and throughout the process, the staff repeatedly blamed UnionPay, denying any hotel responsibility. The compensation they offered was a fruit platter, which I promptly refused. In the family room I stayed in, there were several noticeable dents on the floor near the bathroom entrance. I don't understand why they weren't repaired; instead, they were simply covered with a carpet. It was quite startling if you weren't expecting to step into one. Additionally, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, so any odors after using the toilet would spread throughout the entire room. Thankfully, there was a window I could open to air it out. Regarding the air conditioning, it was incredibly noisy and very slow to heat up. On the first day of my stay (Chinese New Year), the room was a chilly 22 degrees. Even after setting it to 26 degrees, it didn't reach that temperature until my check-out on the fifth day. The hotel's ground-level parking lot is tiny and often full. The underground parking spaces are also very small and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, our MPV got scratched in the dimly lit underground lot at night. As for breakfast, for the first two days of our stay, I assume there were fewer guests, so the breakfast offerings were quite perfunctory. It only improved when more guests arrived in the following days. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory stay!
