"Our family trip to Wuhan brought an unexpected and delightful surprise: this truly hidden gem of a hotel. Initially, we booked it last minute, quite prepared to switch accommodations if it didn't meet our expectations. Little did we know, the stay far exceeded anything we imagined, so much so that we extended our stay for three more days, reluctant to leave so soon. The hotel's location is perfect. Nestled in a bustling area of Hankou, it somehow maintains a serene tranquility. A subway station is right outside, offering convenient access to all parts of the city. It was incredibly easy to walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, the Yangtze River beachfront, the artsy old streets of Li Huangpi Road, and the retro alleys of Xian'anfang. Whether we were heading to Yellow Crane Tower, Hubei Provincial Museum, or taking the subway to transfer to the Optics Valley Skyrail, our entire itinerary was smooth and stress-free, saving us a lot of travel time and making our trip with the kids exceptionally relaxed. What truly impressed us wasn't just the location, but the hotel's meticulous and warm service, from top to bottom. No matter how late we returned from our excursions, the front desk staff always greeted us with a gentle smile and a polite, warm demeanor. The catering staff in the buffet restaurant constantly monitored the food supply, replenishing dishes as soon as they were empty. The food was abundant and fresh, never appearing depleted or carelessly prepared. The housekeeping aunties were genuinely warm and sincere, showing kindness in every small detail. Wuhan in summer is scorching hot, with oppressive heat everywhere. Yet, the thoughtful details throughout this hotel made our family feel completely at home in this 'furnace city,' truly experiencing the warmth of hospitality. They proactively offered guests exclusive member discounts for extended stays, which was incredibly practical and thoughtful. The air conditioning was turned on in our room beforehand, so we were greeted with a cool oasis upon entering. Complimentary bottled water and portable energy packs were provided. There was even a handwritten, heartfelt note in the room, every word chosen with care. These little things continuously filled our trip with warmth and感動 (a sense of being deeply moved). After several days of travel, we weren't just captivated by Wuhan's vibrant streetscapes but also deeply touched by the dedicated and passionate spirit of the staff here. Such thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive service is undoubtedly the result of the hotel management team's consistent training and rigorous refinement. While few jobs last a lifetime, the sense of responsibility, warmth, and patience learned in this role will become a valuable asset in their future lives. This trip allowed us to see stunning landscapes, experience the city's pulse, and gain unique life insights. We felt a strong sense of reluctance to leave, lingering over the scenery of Wuhan, this river city, and even more so over the unexpected warmth we encountered on this journey."

Service is the foundation of the hotel! Maybe our external environment is not very good, there is no elevator and you need to climb the 3rd floor, maybe our decoration is not the style you like, maybe because we are located in the most prosperous commercial street in Wuhan, the night market downstairs is open until the early morning, and our sound insulation is not very good! But what we can guarantee is that the guest rooms are clean and tidy, the sheets, quilts, bath towels, towels are changed for each guest, and the normal use of smart, projection and other guest room equipment! The most important thing is to make you feel at home! We provide free butler service, all kinds of items for you to use at home, and unlimited natural mineral water, ice water in summer, and warm water in winter. We serve every guest who stays in our hotel with our heart, and are determined to make every lovely guest leave the hotel happily. Thank you for taking the time to read this hotel introduction and have the opportunity to choose us. I hope we can meet in Wuhan and add a bit of warmth and convenience to your journey.

"The reception staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is next to Jianghan Pedestrian Walking street, with buzziling night bazaar in the evenings. There are many eateries near the hotel. The hotel is on level 3 with no lift but the reception is so helpful to help with my heavy luggage. The room is clean and neat, with a projector and large screen. You can watch movies free. It is within walking distance from two railway stations. Very convenient."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The king-size bed in the room was exceptionally spacious; two people could easily toss and turn without feeling cramped or bumping into each other, with plenty of room to move around. The mattress firmness was perfectly adjusted, offering great support without being uncomfortably hard on the back. I relaxed completely almost immediately after lying down and enjoyed a wonderfully restful and rejuvenating sleep all night. What's even more surprising is that the hotel also provided complimentary ice-cold soda, which was a refreshing treat to open and drink after checking in or returning to the room tired from sightseeing. These thoughtful details significantly enhanced the overall comfort of the trip. The overall value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again when I'm back in the area."

"Absolutely fantastic! It's so clean and bright, with all the amenities you could ask for. I especially loved the projector, and the bathtub was a close second! All the tissues and toiletries provided are single-use, and I was so surprised they even had bath towels and toilet seat covers – and the tissues were still sealed! It felt incredibly clean and hygienic, with amazing attention to detail. The owner and house manager were also super thoughtful and attentive; they proactively asked if I wanted housekeeping, but only emptied the trash without touching my personal belongings. Security was great too, with a coded main door and an extra lock from the inside. The lake view is stunning! My two-night stay was incredibly relaxing. This was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and it was a superb experience!"

Tracing the footsteps of a great leader. This isn't just a hotel; it's a living piece of modern history. From 1953 to 1974, Chairman Mao Zedong stayed here 48 times, with his longest visit lasting 178 days. Aside from Beijing's Zhongnanhai, this was where the great leader spent the most time, earning it the nickname ”Hubei's Zhongnanhai.” Strolling along the tree-lined paths of Meiling, with ancient trees towering overhead and a gentle breeze blowing from the lake, one can almost hear the echoes of the era when grand plans were forged here.

The experience is very good, the occupancy rate is full, and the overall atmosphere is still very ok after dark. The staff is very literate and enthusiastically introduces us to the various functions of the RV camp. What do you need in the middle, they try their best to help. Special thanks to the beautiful sister for giving us her breakfast. See you next time 👋

The hotel environment is great, right next to Liangdao Street and Huanghelou subway station, making dining and getting around very convenient. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, with semi-enclosed windows offering views of the Yangtze River, Jianghan Road, and Xiaogui Mountain. The rooftop restaurant even has a view of the Yellow Crane Tower. The facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym available. The front desk also has some small items for short-term use that you can just grab. The service was excellent too; they delivered snacks and drinks every day, and upon arrival, we were given a free travel guide. The hotel also has a surveillance scanning service, which made it feel very secure. Towels, slippers, and other amenities were changed daily. We initially booked for two days, but found it so comfortable that we extended our stay for another two days.

This is a really great hotel! It's right by Wusheng Road Station on Line 6, and you can access CapitaLand Plaza directly from downstairs, so the location is fantastic and transportation is super convenient. While the rooms show a bit of age, they are very clean and well-decorated. The housekeeping staff I encountered all smiled and greeted me proactively, which I really appreciate! I highly recommend it if you're attending a concert. It's only about a 15-20 minute drive from several famous attractions. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Rooms: This hotel is old, after all. I stayed here 19 years ago and had an excellent impression. I didn't expect to be so disappointed this time compared to back then. The glass top of the coffee table next to the sofa in the room was just resting on it and was very unstable. My son leaned on it lightly and almost cut his hand. Thumbs down. I don't know if it was the bedding or the room, but there was a musty smell. This is what I absolutely cannot stand. I guess it's probably similar throughout their rooms. I ended up using my own disposable pillowcases. However, the soundproofing was good, and it was far from the elevator, so I slept quite well. Service: Definitely not good, and certainly no feeling of being 'home away from home,' just cold and indifferent. The business traveler next door got an upgrade, but I didn't, even though I mentioned it to the butler who contacted me in advance. I can understand, though; an individual guest probably can't compete with business accounts. Pool: It was better than I remembered, but... the pool doesn't provide water or towels. You have to buy them yourself. I was speechless. Isn't this your hotel? But then again, the hotel's prices are indeed low, so I'll just put it down to being cheap. Parking: There are charging stations, which is a plus. What left the deepest impression... the matcha toast at the lobby bar. I really liked it, it was delicious.

I brought my family and elders out to stay for two days, and everyone was very satisfied. This villa is the one that I feel is the most cost-effective for organizing company team building and family gatherings over the years. It is highly recommended. The villa layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, and the facilities are very complete and relatively new. The scenery around the villa is good and the air is fresh. It's more than an hour's drive from the city and I will visit it frequently on weekends.

Extremely satisfied! I mentioned my preferences at check-in, and the front desk upgraded me to a river-view room and allowed a late check-out, which was incredibly accommodating. The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but they are very clean and meticulously maintained. The location is perfect, with many attractions nearby, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. It really shows the quality you expect from an established five-star hotel. I'll definitely book the Mingzhu again next time I'm in Wuhan.
