"Had a fantastic experience! This was my first time staying at this hotel. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, everything was spotless, and there were no strange odors at all. I'll definitely be back. We also asked the front desk staff to do our laundry, and it came back super clean. When we ran out of water, the front desk sent more up to our third-floor room for free. The gym is also really good, and there's a snack street right next to the hotel. It's super convenient for transportation, very close to both the subway and bus stations. No complaints!"

"This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip in Hankou. It offers excellent value for money, great service, and truly feels like a home away from home. 1. The service is incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff are quick with check-ins, and they even proactively help guests retrieve packages from downstairs. Any requests I've had were met with active and helpful assistance – it's very heartwarming. 2. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff always greet guests warmly. I've grown accustomed to interacting with them. 3. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer fantastic views. They even provide late-night snacks, which is a really nice touch. Just a small downside: The hotel's front desk is on the 41st floor. Upon arrival, you need to call the front desk for someone to come down to the ground floor to pick you up. It's a minor inconvenience. For men, climbing a few steps with luggage is manageable, but for women, I'd recommend calling ahead to arrange a pickup slightly earlier."

The room was clean with a beautiful view and they will ask you if u need the cleaning service which is great too the neighborhood had a lot of places to explore or to eat i really recommend this place if i ever go back to wuhan ill definitely go again!"

"Hankou Ji Mu Hotel is my top choice when traveling to Hankou! The river view is stunning, and the location and cleanliness both get full marks. This time, when visiting Wuhan Hankou, I compared several riverside hotels and finally chose Ji Mu. The stay experience far exceeded my expectations, so I have to give it a full five-star review! The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Hankou Beach is just across the road, perfect for a stroll or watching the Yangtze River light show – just a few steps away. In a few minutes, you can walk to the Lihuangpi Road art district and the popular Bagong House. There are many vintage photo spots nearby, so you don't have to go far to get great shots. Downstairs, there's a well-developed commercial area with all kinds of snacks, bubble tea, and proper restaurants. You can eat, shop, and get around all in one place, making it perfect for both city walks and short, relaxing getaways. I especially want to praise the room's cleanliness. The housekeeping staff did a meticulous job; there was no dust or water stains on the floor, in the bathroom, or on the window sills. The entire room was odor-free, the bedding was soft and clean, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was dry and tidy. The full-panel floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, allowing me to enjoy the entire river scenery from bed. The sunset and night views created an amazing atmosphere. The room facilities were complete and in good condition, the hot water was stable, Wi-Fi was smooth, and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a peaceful rest after a long day out. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. They were responsive to requests, and their service was just right – enthusiastic without being intrusive. For the same price, the location, environment, cleanliness, and service are all far superior. It's suitable for couples, friends, or solo travelers. I've already saved it, and I'll book Ji Mu again next time I'm in Hankou. I genuinely recommend it to all friends visiting Wuhan!"

"This hotel is located right in the Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for food and drinks. There's even a specialty shop directly across the street downstairs. The front desk and lobby are very spacious, and the staff, especially Leon, was incredibly warm and attentive. They even upgraded my room for free, which made my stay even more comfortable. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which is perfect for tourists. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan!"
