GGuest UserI recently stayed at Somerset Future Center Wuhan and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a true sense of comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel was despite being in a perfect location. It is close to key attractions, dining, shopping and cinema. It offered the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility.
All of the staffs are very friendly: from reception, housekeeping, gym and dining. Our special requests are fulfilled, we can borrow wheelchair to assist my mom to travel around, and we are extremely grateful. During the stay, I had the privilege to know some wonderful staffs such as Daisy, Kylie and Amy from the restaurant. They were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. The hot dry noodle and beef noodle were very tasty, top quality.
This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. We would surely book this hotel again when returning to Wuhan. Until then, see you and thanks for the wonderful experience!

Not only do they offer a great selection of hot teas, tea bags, and filtered water for free all day, but the cups are spotless and readily available. They even thoughtfully provide little snacks. It's the perfect spot to relax and grab a warm drink to warm up and unwind before or after catching a high-speed train. The staff are incredibly attentive, always refilling everything promptly, so it's never out of stock. The attention to detail is truly top-notch.

Its exterior is perfect for taking photos, offering some great shots. The hotel is located in a prime area, not far from Hankou Customs House, Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Xiananfang, and Bagong House, making transportation quite convenient. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The service is absolutely impeccable, and they even gave me a complimentary upgrade. Huazhu brands are truly trustworthy.

GGuest UserSurprise upgrade to Hampton Suite, the experience exceeded expectations! The space is spacious and bright, the office area and the rest area are separated, efficient and comfortable. The bedding still maintains the high standards of Hampton, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and a good night's sleep. The hotel is equipped with a laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient. Hedy at the front desk is enthusiastic and professional, and also gave the children a small gift bag. It is the first choice for travel, and I will choose here next time!

We were very satisfied with the room; it was large, comfortable, clean, and we slept well. The breakfast was plentiful and nutritious, and the staff were welcoming. GGuest UserMy favorite feature in the room was the separate dressing table and mirror, which was a huge plus as I didn't have to do my makeup in the bathroom. The hotel breakfast was truly excellent. Over my three-day stay, I had the chance to try their beef noodles, beef vermicelli, and Reganmian (hot dry noodles). While the hotel is a bit of a walk from Xunli Station, most major attractions are conveniently accessible by subway. Taxis are also readily available and affordable. The room had a subtle 'new' smell, possibly from recent renovations. I found that by opening the window to air it out during the day when I was out, it was much better by the evening.

Took the kids to Hanjaung-ro Hotel, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations – definitely a top choice for family travel! The hotel's location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation, dining, and entertainment. The only minor drawback was that parking was a bit tight, but we always found a spot within a few minutes, which was totally acceptable.
The biggest surprise was the incredibly spacious room. It was much larger than other hotels in the same price range, allowing the kids to run and play freely. There was plenty of space for a stroller and spreading out our luggage without feeling cramped. Our whole family felt completely at ease. The price was budget-friendly and affordable, offering a huge space for a small cost – the value for money was simply outstanding. Even better, the facilities were comprehensive, with everything we needed for a family trip. The adults were comfortable, and the kids had a blast.
If you're traveling with children, I genuinely recommend this hotel. Putting aside the minor parking issue, the experience was absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely choose it again next time!

GGuest UserMaybe I started to pay attention to Dongcheng's hotels from now on. This is the hotel I stayed in. I felt that the layout was very reasonable. Watching TV, working and eating are arranged separately. The hotel laundry, gym and restaurant are well-equipped and the food is not perfunctory. The best thing is that the location is very convenient, close to the pier and backed by the pedestrian street. The service is also obviously well-trained. On the night of the 24th, I was extremely tired because of the long delay. The front desk receptionist was very considerate and arranged a comfortable room for rest.

GGuest UserHotel are under renovation upgrading, the staff told it will be have construction sound start from 7.30am to 7.30pm, and hotel located at most busy street, after 10pm still noisy outside, but the hotel will provide ear plug, very good service. The room is clean and spacious, highly recommend if accepted the environments here are noisy.
