During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Guest UserChose to stay at the Manxin Hotel in Wuhan, and my overall experience was great! The bedding quality was amazing – the duvet cover was clean and odorless, and the bedding itself was soft and comfortable. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing me to sleep until I naturally woke up. The hotel's location is superb; it's within walking distance to the pedestrian street, making getting around incredibly convenient. The attention to detail is impressive, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend checking it out!

Guest UserI will recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Wuhan.
**Location:** First and foremost, the location is superb. It's right at the start of Jianghan Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient to go downstairs and shop. The Wuhan landmark, Jianghan Customs House Clock Tower, is right next door, and the hotel's rooftop offers the best view of the Customs House and the river. It's also a short walk to Li Huangpi Road and Xian'anfang. Getting a taxi is easy too.
**Hotel Facilities:** The hotel itself is an old Western-style house and a historic building. The lobby is tastefully decorated, and the bedding and pillows in the rooms are very comfortable. Shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes are replenished promptly. The room size, however, is a bit limited due to the constraints of the old building. Despite being on a pedestrian street, the soundproofing is excellent, and you can't hear any noise. On the first floor, there's a cafe and a restaurant. The top floor and terrace house another restaurant, and there's a laundry room equipped with commercial washing machines and dryers that clean and dry clothes very quickly – the hotel clearly invests a lot.
**Hotel Service:** There are plenty of front desk staff, so guests don't have to wait. The staff are highly professional and give you a warm, welcoming feeling. When booking a room, we received a complimentary coffee at One Goose Coffee, located next to the lobby on the first floor. The dirty coffee was delicious, and the cafe also offers the best air-conditioned view of Jianghan Customs House. The fifth-floor restaurant offered a complimentary dessert, lychee jelly. The breakfast is quite generous, featuring not only Western and Chinese options but also local Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and fish paste soup noodles.
**In summary:** Great value for money, excellent location, and fantastic service.

Guest UserAs a loyal fan of Ascott and Somerset, I previously stayed at the Somerset on Wusheng Road, and this time I tried a new Somerset location – it was truly fantastic! The room was spacious and brand new, decorated in my preferred minimalist European style, and the heating was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Future City is right downstairs, with a Yonghui Supermarket and subway access, making it convenient to get anywhere.

Guest UserI stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

Aqi7qi7qiBooked this hotel trusting my positive experiences with Fengdu in other cities, and it didn't disappoint. The brand consistently delivers – both the service and the rooms were excellent. The front desk kindly upgraded my room, which was spacious and well-designed. Cleanliness is a big deal for me, and the hotel did a fantastic job. I also appreciated the privacy screen right inside the door. They even extended my check-out until past 3 PM. The concierge was very attentive too. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect, with plenty of food options, supermarkets, and convenience stores downstairs. It's also really close to two famous night market food streets, each about a 10-minute walk in different directions. Super convenient! I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Wuhan. Thumbs up! 👍

Location: There's a lot to do in the area and a ton of convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Baotong temple, Dream Plaza mall, and the subway station are all approx a 10 minute walk away. It's also easy to hail a Didi in front of the hotel. During our stay, the outer facade seems to be under construction, so it could appear confusing re: how to enter the hotel, but there are signs pointing you towards the detour, and you can always ask the guards on duty for directions. Lobby is on the 2nd floor.
Cleanliness: This hotel is very new, so the rooms feel pristine. Really appreciated having a bidet toilet. Slippers are excellent quality. Housekeeping replaces towels and amenities daily.
Service: Everyone working here was polite and eager to help, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping.
Facilities: The breakfast buffet is solid, complete with a noodle bar, traditional Chinese breakfast offerings and some Western options as well, plus a coffee machine that made a pretty decent espresso. It is, however, a bit pricier than other hotels we've stayed at...around 68 RMB per person per day. The laundry room was a bit challenging for us as well. You have to scan a QR code in order for the machines to work, and the QR code leads to an app that requires a Chinese phone number. The staff was kind enough to help us by using their own phones for the machines, but this means you can't really do laundry on your own if you're an international guest.

The hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get everywhere. The rooms are a bit small and the facilities aren't new. The price was acceptable during the Chinese New Year period, but the room's cleanliness really impacted our stay. There were spills that hadn't been wiped up, the trash hadn't been emptied, and the water glasses had mold spots. When we contacted the front desk, the staff said they were too busy because of Chinese New Year and could only address it the next day. The parking lot is very small, but the parking attendant was enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. The soundproofing was decent, and breakfast was just okay.

GuanqiThis hotel is located in a bustling area, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. There's even a shopping mall right downstairs.
The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning lady (I forgot her name, but she cleaned room 1322) was very warm and attentive. She replenished our water, changed our towels, and replaced the trash bags, always with a smile.
The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Wu, was also very welcoming. She greeted us proactively, asked about our stay, and even gave us a small gift.
My only minor complaints are regarding the room facilities. Firstly, the floors in both bathrooms are elevated, with the threshold stone being about three to five centimeters higher than the carpet in the bedroom. There were no warning stickers, making it easy to trip when entering and exit. Secondly, the master bedroom's large bed is next to a wardrobe, and the entire wardrobe door is a large mirror, which was disturbing to sleep next to and quite startling when waking up in the middle of the night. Thirdly, the room lighting was too dim. Adding a main light fixture would better suit modern needs.
