The breakfast is delicious and the service is also very good, but the shower water is a bit salty hahaha

The location is good, facing the port of Corfu, not far from the new fortress and the old town, and the farthest old fortress is 15 minutes away. I was assigned a front room, which is an irregular room type, but the facilities are complete and it is not crowded for one person. The three service staff I met in the lobby are very hospitable, clean and beautiful. Because I love Greece so much, I still recommend it.

A most pleasant stay in excellent facilities. From the moment I arrived, the service was perfect, the staff at the reception assisted me with an early check in and were extremely kind. Great breakfast and restaurant service. Totally recommended!

Booked the day before we travelled. Took the last room which was amazing. Corner room which had a balcony overlooking the pool, hills & a (distant) sea view. Well soundproofed. Large room, Aircon, lovely shower, and self catering facilities. From arrival we were made to feel very welcome. Towels & toiletries in the room, with pool towels available on request. Lovely little pool with shared inflatables. Nice pool bar with good snack menu. Very well located for the ***** & beach. First time, but will return

**Hotel Review** I recently stayed at the Phoenix hotel located in a prime spot facing Solomon Square in Zakynthos town centre, and I was impressed by its beautiful surroundings. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making for a great start to my stay. Upon entering my room, I encountered a minor issue with the safe not working. However, I quickly called the reception, and a staff member promptly arrived to resolve the problem. The room itself was basic but had everything I needed, and considering the price I paid, it offered excellent value for money. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of options, and both the juice and coffee were outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, and I encountered no issues. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would happily recommend this hotel.

The hotel occupies a unique location on the cliff by the sea. I ordered a full sea view room, an invincible sea view room. I live in this room and don't want to go back to China every day. The hotel facilities are very new, you need to bring your own toothpaste and comb

The boss Mr. Dali was very enthusiastic, first upgraded the room to the most luxurious room with a large balcony facing the sea, and arranged different trips for us in Zakinsos for three days. We left our clothes on the beach a dozen kilometers away because of carelessness, and halfway to the airport we remembered that we had left things at the hotel, but the bosses were free to help us get them back. In addition, the hotel's restaurant is also great, breakfast is free, things are very rich, and the boss also sends us water or drinks from time to time. The photos sent are all hotel food. The hotel is located in the port of Zakinsos, the location is particularly convenient. Friends who don't drive can stay here and let the boss arrange everything. Zakinsos is really beautiful and highly recommended.
