A view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

Ctrip's fast 900 does not include an early loft room. In fact, the price has been reduced a lot before moving in. This low price guarantee is really bad. In addition, as a boutique hotel ranked No. 1 on TripAdvisor, the service is really speechless. Arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, no one at the front desk, after a while, people said that the room was not good, understandable, went out for lunch, temporary heavy rain, did not bring an umbrella, back to the hotel wet in the rain, it was already two in the afternoon Point, the front desk of the hotel didn't even check the computer to see the status of the room, and directly said that there is no room, or you can go to the restaurant at the back for a drink. As a result, the coffee is charged, not the hotel prepared for the wet waiting guests. In addition, the shortcomings of the boutique hotel are fully reflected in this hotel. In the toilet, press the flush button, and the water will reach the body. There is a towel rack for hanging clothes on the toilet paper towel, but hanging the washed clothes will make the paper towel wet. It was Park INN about 10 years ago and everything changed for the better. Everything seems to be clean now, the staff is friendly, but the hotel does need renovation. It is best not to look at the carpet. The ventilation has not been cleaned for about ten years, and the smell is very special. There is no kettle or bottle of water in the room, which is nonsense at the moment. The mattress covers are squashed, and you will find stripes on these folds in the morning. The breakfast is standard, but the coffee is terrible and may be the cheapest you can find.
The most important thing is that overnight stay is appropriate, but management needs to work more carefully

It’s a bit remote from downtown however the service including breakfast & room space were excellent, must try the fish & it’s flavorful enough to enjoy it with some bread~
Moreover, it’s just nearby the harbor to the Curonian Spit National park, incredible view with convenient route~

We spent two nights at a family flat. For a group of five our two bedrooms and living room were ideal. The cost of parking is five euros per night. Nice apartment, a kitchenette, an unfurnished balcony, a swimming pool with saunas - all little and a bit chilly. There is a 12-meter pool with a jacuzzi that is kid-friendly. There were plenty of options for breakfast, but poor quality coffee. However, the cost speaks for itself. The location is excellent—it's right in the centre of Palanga, yet it's also quiet.

Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Palanga and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Before arrival, I had contacted the hotel regarding a birthday celebration, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet.
A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay.
I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

Room is very spacious and the bed super comfortable.

Had quite a bit of jet-lag and got up really early in the morning. Staff at breakfast let me in early despite the fact that I always show up before their opening hours (I am sorry!!). Breakfast was lovely, a good selection of warm and cold dishes!! Most appreciative!!

QQuoc BaoThe location is super good, it is near the bus station, 15 mins walk to the center, so it is quite nice to stay, near the bakery for breakfast, and nice restaurants for dinner. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There is also option for breakfast and nice bar inside the hotel. The room is clean and enough facilities. I really enjoy staying here.
