This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

The hotel was in a town on the way to Batumi, right next to the attractions. The pictures online were accurate, and the environment, facilities, and service were all excellent. Breakfast was also included. It was great value for money and highly recommended. 👍👍

Great place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

Staying at this Best Western in Kutaisi was such a breeze, exceeding my expectations! For my trip to Kutaisi, I chose this Best Western right in the city center, and overall, I was really happy with my stay – I just had to share! The location was the biggest and most pleasant surprise! It's right in the heart of the Old Town. Just a short walk brings you to the White Bridge, and an evening stroll along the river is incredibly relaxing. If you need to grab some water or snacks, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so no need to go out of your way. Getting to the cable car or the Galaktioni statue was super convenient, whether on foot or by a quick taxi ride – we didn't waste any time commuting at all. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly welcoming. When we first arrived, we had a lot of questions about sightseeing routes, and he patiently explained everything, even recommending some delicious local restaurants. It felt very thoughtful. The room itself was clean, the linens had no strange smells, the WiFi connection was stable, and there was no noise from the air conditioning at night, so getting a good night's sleep was no problem. The most unexpected bonus was the small rooftop bar. Going up there in the evening to enjoy the breeze and chat created a fantastic atmosphere. Of course, there were a couple of minor downsides: the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, so after two days, it got a bit repetitive. Also, the standard room we booked wasn't huge; after opening our 28-inch suitcase, we had to be a bit careful when walking around. However, for those driving, rest assured the hotel offers free parking. You might have to wait a bit between 8 PM and 10 PM, but it's generally not an issue. If you're visiting Kutaisi for sightseeing, I highly recommend this place. The location and service are top-notch, and it offers great value for money. I'd very likely choose to stay here again next time!

Das Hostel ist in Halbhöhe sehr gut gelegen. Man lebt bei einer russische Familie die ihr Haus umfunktioniert haben. Leider ist es sehr laut und hellhörig und auf Feingefühl der Gäste ist kaum zu hoffen. Außerdem sind die Decken im Erdgeschoss an der höchsten Stelle 2m und z.B. im Bad nur 1.85m hoch.

Space, design, light and air here create an atmosphere of calm elegantness, where you feel in harmony and comfort. Each detail is designed so that the rest is not just convenient, but inspiring. I would especially like to note the work of the resepshen, namely Nino. His smile, attention and sincere willingness to help made my stay really warm and perfect. The settlement passed quickly and easily, my wishes were taken into account, and I got a magnificent room with the view of the mountains ideal place for rest and restoration of forces. I also want to thank the waiter at the Guri restaurant for the attention and sensitivity that made every meal a special one. And I thank the manager of the Lane Hotel, whose participation and care made my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. It is such people who create the same aurora of the premium hotel when you feel like a valuable guest.

A great place to stop for one night. Very clean rooms. There is an air conditioner that can heat the room. Yes, it is cool there, especially in the shower, perhaps the thing was that it was winter. Breakfast has not been tried since it is served from 9 a.m.) Wi-fi is good.

We stayed for 3 nights, it turned out to be 2 full days in Kutaisi. For us, the location was convenient, I arrived from Tbilisi by train. The hotel is next to the train station. Check-in is fast. The room is spacious enough, a comfortable bed, clean linen, towels. There is everything you need, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, they give 0.5 water daily. Bathrobes, disposable slippers. Breakfasts are good, buffet, enough choice. Cleaning is daily, but we refused, because we only spent the night in the room. We walked around the main sights of Kutaisi, from the hotel to the central square about 20 minutes. We were quite satisfied with the chosen hotel.

Хороший отель. По расположению немного далековато от центра, но в целом это не критично. Номер просторный, чистый, в номере есть всё необходимое. Нас заселили в номер в балкончиком и с хорошим видом, что нас очень порадовало. Каждый день проводилась уборка, меняли полотенца и туалетную бумагу, добавляли воду, чай и кофе. Завтраки вкусные и достаточно разнообразные. На крыше есть терраса с баром, кальяном, музыкой и красивым видом. Но мы ею так и не воспользовались. Решили заглянуть туда уже перед отъездом из отеля чисто посмотреть что там и были приятно удивлены. У нас был вечерний вылет, поэтому после чекаута мы решили оставить багаж в отеле и забрать его вечером. Отдельной комнаты для багажа в отеле нет, мы оставили багаж на ресепшене, но всё прошло хорошо, когда мы вернулись, багаж лежал на своём месте, ничего не пропало. Единственным минусом номера могу назвать неудачное решение душа, а именно зазор между порогом и стеклянной перегородкой, через который во время купания проникала вода и затапливала ванную комнату. В остальном всё в порядке.
