When we booked, we specified two adults and one child, but there were only two small beds. When we checked out, we were charged more than 60 Swiss francs for the child. The room was relatively small, and the charity symphony in the square behind was intoxicating!

Close to Wengen train station, convenient for travelers with suitcases. Compared with other hotels in Switzerland, the breakfast is also good. Sitting on the balcony of the room is very relaxing. You need to take a train to get to this hotel, which is very inconvenient! We planned to go to the hotel, but the train road was cut off due to rain and landslides. We were supposed to arrive at the hotel at 5pm, but because of multiple changes, we arrived at the hotel at 11:30! The hotel waiter was arrogant and very unfriendly! I guess we delayed him from getting off work, because the supermarket in this town usually closes at 6:30, and the restaurant is also closed! We had already booked two different rooms (different prices, different beds), but they gave us the same room. When we arrived at the room, we found out that we went to the front desk to negotiate, and they began to argue: We booked a room with one person's name, so everything is the same! (In fact, the room we needed had been given to other guests)! It was already 11:30 that night, and they ignored us at first. Later, there was no one at their front desk, and the phone was not connected! It looked like you can stay or not! This service attitude is almost gone in our country! Later, some of us had to temporarily check in at other places (it was raining heavily, so embarrassing!) After we checked out in the morning, our credit card was inexplicably deducted 302 Swiss francs (credit card information was given when we checked in). We reported it to the booking platform, and the platform replied that they had made a mistake and would return it to us. It was not until we left Switzerland that we knew that the hotel had deducted more! The reason was: the name of the booking was one person, so one person had to check in (there was no notice or reminder when checking in at the front desk)! The above incidents are probably the tricks they often use. I hope compatriots will not book this hotel again. I don’t know how many people have been deceived! I also don’t know how many compatriots have been bullied and robbed blatantly because of language barriers, or have left, long distances, and inconvenient communication! Finally, thank you to the Ctrip platform! Later, after Ctrip negotiated with the hotel many times, the hotel did not return the overcharged money until it did not answer, and finally played rogue means. Later, Ctrip compensated us! Therefore, it is best to book overseas through the Ctrip platform! In this way, if something happens, the platform can guarantee it! But don't stay at such a fraudulent hotel!
