Need waiting in line for 3 persons check in process ( only 1 receptionist ) only to get replacement tap in card, how horrible! But after all the receptionist say sorry to me, nice service. After that i go to the room and only found ONE toothbrush kit. I called the room service. But no one come for hours. Need to call twice to get my toothbrush kit. Has no proper tissue in toilet and barstand.

The location of the hotel is superb. It’s right at the centre of the old town. We have booked four rooms for our stay. The other three rooms were perfectly fine. Just that my room has a lot of cockroaches. But the hotel staff swiftly changed a room for me.
