The hotel is clean, the services are great, the location is excellent next to the mall and all the facilities and services, and the price is good.

Hotel has nice surroundings and next to shopping mall. The staff is very helpful. Room is nicely decorated, though I find the location of shower cubicle in the middle of the room to be weird.

Location is good, connected to Central Park Mall and Neo Soho, 5mins walking distance to Taman Anggrek Mall as well.
Room is not big, but it’s nice and the bed is very comfortable.
Breakfast has many varieties but taste wise is so so only.

Staying in a deluxe room was much much better than an executive suite, hotel fulfilled our request to decorate our room for the anniversary. We started to enjoy our stay after our first day staying in executive suite ended up with disappointment, breakfast area very crowded but it's fine and restaurant staffs doing excellent job. When we check out Joshua very nice and professional, and we would be happy to stay again with Pullman in the future.

Staff was very welcoming, nice and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious, and breakfast buffet had a really good spread of choices with delicious food. The hotel is right next to a big mall as well, which is convenient for shopping. Greatly enjoyed the stay.
