There is a 49" smart LG new flat screen TV , the Apt is equipped with Verizon Fios for internet, & WI Fi for guests, Streaming TV with hundreds of programing choicesl. For your Laundry there are coin operated washers and dryers a level below the Apt. Bedroom sleeps two in a Queen size bed. The prices indicated for the Apt are based on single or double occupancy. The unit has a convertible queen size sofa to allow for one or two more guests (more then two guest an extra fee of $35 per night will be charged per night) Our Apt is 20 minutes to EWR airport and convenient for those interested in visiting the big apple but desire the relaxing atmosphere of or experience of the suburbs.
