After an exhausting trip flying in from Atlanta Camylle was absolutely the best ! She was so kind and made sure I was well taken care of . I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view ! The property is beautiful and so clean and convenient to EVERYTHING ! Thank you for a wonderful ful stay ! I will be back soon !

Hotel website says $50 pet deposit, charging everyone $100 pet deposit! Is desk clerk skimming off the top of these deposits? Evening desk clerk refused to honor what the website said, and he had an unhelpful attitude. We also had to leave a day earlier than expected, and the same clerk seemed put out that he had to adjust our Hilton Honor points accordingly. Room was clean but in poor shape. Floor tiles coming lose in room foyer and bathroom, toilet paper holder broken, a/c noisy, etc. Not the kind of quality stay and service I would expect from a Hilton owned hotel!

The rooms are very simple yet sleek. First time staying there and I will stay there again. Loved the comfortable bed too.

You can bring children, no one cares. Breakfast was cancelled due to the epidemic, but the hotel still provides dule jelly and biscuits, which is pretty good and the environment is elegant

The room is good, with a gym and a morning desk, and it is more convenient to eat and live around. After work and fitness, it snowed heavily, and I witnessed the first snow in 2023 in mid-April.

We stayed at the top floor and the whole stay was very quiet. Nice breakfast, the typical Fairfield Inn items. The hotel offered free parking; and we got very good rates during CU graduation weekend. Some guests paid twice as much as our rate! During our stay apparently a car in the hotel parking lot had been broken into; not sure if it is a very isolated occurrence. It was a bit unsettling. However, none of our cars were vandalized. It was a good stay for our family. The hotel has a great location, close to I-25 as well as many restaurants, gas stations, cafes. Very convenient!
