I’m a Liverpool fan, and I accidentally booked this hotel since there weren't any nearby options. I just wanted to experience a stay, and I must say the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. However, the water pressure in the shower was a bit lacking. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

The rooms were lovely and clean and can tell its recently been renovated. The hotel is lovely. Lily on reception last night was lovely and ever so helpful, couldn't have helped us more. Would highly recommend and stay again. Shame about the hotel not having a pool and photos displayed of it though.

Fantastic little hotel. Great rooms, clean and exactly what we needed for our trip. Staff were friendly and happy to help. It impressed me and it’s defiantly a chain of hotels if look to use again elsewhere. Especially for the price.

The hotel was lovely, my room clean and all amenities. The problem was drunk or **** fuelled couples arguing from when we arrived at 3pm. Arguing again at 2am and again when I left at 5am!!! Police attended each time and 2 police cars still there when I left! I think they may put up homeless people who may have drink/drug problems? Hopefully it was a one off but the price was excellent and would visit again

Perfect stay as usual. Would recommend. The rooms are clean, the hotel has just been refurbished. Massive place and I got lost trying to leave. Would stay again.

What I expected for the price. Recent refurb has helped it feel a bit more modern. Everything was clean and bed comfy. If I needed a one night stay again in the area this would be my choice

Time here was poor, service was terrible as been accused of smoking ******** when am 39yrs of age.. and younger adults where staying on the same landing as us, and I actually seen them smoking ******** outside the hotel, So as a result I was evicted from the hotel for no reason..

Nice enough room and location for a night. Our only issue was the heating. The radiator seemed to be set on a timer and we couldn't change the temperature so the room was either too hot or too cold

Friendly place to stay, close to m6 motorway and nice cheap place to stay
