Castle Hotel Windsor - Photo Gallery

Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order.Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this

The service was good and friendly, I traveled with two sons 4 and 8 years old, the hotel didn’t charge for the extra bed and breakfast, I was grateful. The breakfast was superb delicious! The room was clean and decent size, and the bathroom was new furnished, but no bathtub😅 The location is great, easy to access to many restaurants also the Windsor castle. I will definitely comeback.

The room is very good for the price in downtown London. The location is very good, close to the British Museum, University of London, Russell Park, there is a bus and subway station at the door, and the breakfast is also very British

Very convenient. Just outside the hotel door is the High Street, diagonally opposite Windsor Castle. There are many restaurants nearby. Very good👍🏻!

The hotel is just across the street from the castle. The breakfast environment is very good and the food is delicious! The room is clean and tidy. If there is a shortcoming, it is that there is no elevator, but the staff will help to take the luggage up

The location is very good, just on a street very close to the castle. Both train stations are also a few minutes walk away. It is very lively. The room is in the back yard, and there are waiters to help lead the way and carry the luggage. The service is very good.

Parking is a bit expensive at 30 pounds a day. My room was not ready until after 3 o'clock, which is a bit bad. It is said that it took a little longer to make up because the child needed an extra bed, but didn't the previous guest check out at 11 o'clock in the morning? Everything else is good. The room is big, but it is not facing the road, but facing the parking lot... The parking lot is not easy to find. I walked around for several times before I found it. The surrounding environment is good. The accommodation is ok. The castle is very beautiful. It's not bad😄😌😌😌😌😊😊😊😊😊😊😊☺️☺️☺️☺️
