Stayed for two nights over March Break and was very impressed with the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful for both a phone call and enquiries during our stay. We loved our two bedroom suite with the amazing view of the Detroit River where you can see the riverside war memorials, ships and boats passing by, and Detroit across the water. Our suite was modern, spacious, and immaculate. Nice little kitchen for preparing snacks and reheating leftovers from our restaurant meals. We didn't request cleaning during our stay but we did contact them because we thought no pillows or blankets had been provided for the sofa bed, but found them later in a drawer. Pool is bigger than it looks with warm water, but mind that sticky door to get in. No breakfast is provided but there's a small market with Starbucks coffee, and Tim Hortons is less than a ten minute walk behind the the Aquatic Centre/Adventure Bay. We took the advice of previous reviews and checked in with the hotel first to get the parking pass and room keys you need to access the parking garage in the connected building. We didn't keep any belongings in the car and had no problems with the in and out privileges. A great stay!

I have stayed here a few times for business. It is walking distance to the river where there is a nice trail to walk around. Check in was a breeze & the woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The gym is your average hotel gym with limited equipment but gets the job done. This time around I had a room that faced the street, and laughed at the ear plugs on the night stand.. but I could definitely see needing them as the rooms that face the street can be loud. Previously I always had rooms that looked over the tunnel entrance and never had any sound issues. There is now a Starbucks attached to this hotel - which is a nice touch. Parking is awkward but I believe they are doing construction. Be careful going up or down the ramp as the red and green lights are not accurate for oncoming traffic. This is the place I like to stay in Windsor - there are many food options nearby.

I had read the reviews -- so many reviews raving about Stonecroft Inn -- and wondered if they were all genuine. I decided to take a chance on staying at Stonecroft Inn for 4 nights and I was so glad I did! We had minimal interaction with people working at the inn, but the encounters we did have were all pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and updated. It included a very comfortable king-size bed, a small sofa and a coffee table; a desk with comfortable chair; a cabinet that consisted of 3 drawers and an enclosure for a small fridge; and a moveable ottoman. The tv was large enough to be viewed from the bed or from the sofa. There were plenty of lamps and outlets. The room-darkening curtains were very effective. The bath area was divided into a sink area with a large mirror and then a tub/shower and toilet. This area, too, was updated and included all that we needed including plenty of towels and a hair dryer. And even though our room fronted on a busy street, we never really heard traffic noise. Based on the large number of vehicles in the parking lot, it appeared that the inn, understandably, enjoyed a great deal of repeat business. Breakfast was included but we did not partake. The lobby and our room were all very clean. I would definitely stay at the Stonecroft Inn again.

If your lucky you may find yourself with a jetted tub. Do find that although the spacious rooms include giant TVs and minifridges, they are lacking microwaves. Being the tallest building(s) in Windsor, some of the views are great, views pointing out each direction (N E S W) depending on which side of which tower you are on. Smoking floors are offered on request. Large indoor pool with large whirlpool, changing rooms with lockers and toiletries. Men's and women's saunas available. Pool hours are cut a bit short, 6am to 10pm only.

The suites are just like little apartments (full-size fridge, little stove top, microwave, dishwasher all in unit), laundry available on the first floor and they sell laundry soap at the front desk. Units very clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive and professional. Only one negative comment: the breakfast is basic stuff on the cheap. Nothing really tasty, but better than nothing.

This was a great experience. We arrived just after 7 pm and the desk clerk was very friendly and extremely welcoming. I have stayed here before....the last time renovations were being done. Our room was very comfortable, very very clean and the bathroom new and modern. Everything I would look for was there.....friendly welcome, clean comfortable room and a short walk down to Applebee's for supper. Showing the Super 8 card got us a 10% discount and great service at Applebee's as well - not a worry that they were close to closing time and absolutely no rush for us to leave. Nice addition at the Super 8 is the breakfast room. It does not offer a lot....but being a toast and coffee person, I enjoyed a fresh bagel with cream cheese and coffee. My husband made his own waffle (I was still on holidays!). Definitely on our next trip over the Ambassador Bridge a stay at the Super 8 would be a welcomed break and I recommend it!. Judy

The person who stayed in the next room turned on the music broadcasting loudly until 2 a.m., so I couldn't sleep, so I complained to the office, but in the end it was 3 a.m., so I barely turned it off, so I could sleep. Upon arriving to check in we were told our room wasn’t ready as the previous guest checked out and stole the tv. Yes, stole the hotel tv. That made us second guess our stay but we thought the hotel can’t tell wether a guest is a good or bad guest. We decided to go have dinner and then come back, giving them time to install the new tv. The room was a “jacuzzi room” , but it for sure had seen better days. It did not smell so that was a bonus. *first the wooden coat rack with steel hooks was so broken that the second I put my coat on it it tilted 90 degrees almost slamming into my face. My hubby took a video of it to show the front desk. *the jacuzzi tub had hair in it, we informed front desk and they came and picked hair out, I myself sprayed down the tub with sanitizer and wiped it after that as it must not of been cleaned from previous tenant * the lights flickered on and off when turned on * you were left on your own how to figure out the heat. * the tv the my just put in there went back and forth between snowy screen and regular tv, upon Investigation the cable in the back had no proper end and was just a loose wire set into the cable hole * the bedding had a hole and some stains and very uncomfortable. The staff was the saving the grace they were pleasant and nice. Will not be staying there again, one too many issues and for 119.99 for the night not worth it all.

My only complaint (& not much of a complaint) is that the room was a bit stuffy - we were told that the A/C didn't get turned on until June. But overall, a good stay, and with free parking! Good value for the price.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I'm going to write a review on every platform and the BBB about this place because I can't believe this happened. My boyfriend booked a night as just a getaway and it turned out horrible. We spent all of 1 hour in this ”hotel” altogether. This place falsely advertised clean, modern rooms but, what you really get is a cell fit for an inmate with a lot of connections. The floors were concrete and the room was filthy. In the first room we were put in they tried to hide a HUGE BLOOD STAIN filled with hair between the sheets and the mattress. The tub also had a ring around it. I was so shocked I didn't think to document it in the first room at the time and really wish I had. The staff was accommodating at first as they should be and we received another room next door to the old room and the same thing. It appeared to be fine but, upon inspection the shower and sink filled each time we used them. I took a shower and looked up at the ceiling covered with black mold. We ultimately decided to leave mid-stay at 4 a.m. because we didn't feel comfortable staying there in a filthy, moldy room for $300. We talked to the front desk for a refund and they took our number and told us management would contact us. The staff was rude from the very first phone call. Refused to take our reservation over the phone. When we arrived we found out there was a $100 deposit that was required-talked to others in our group-they were not charged that fee. I tried to talk to the girl at the front desk she wanted no part of listening to me. Our entire group ( we were there for state wrestling finals) and our keys were all uncoded for our 2nd night. So after a long day we ALL had to go to the office and get new keys. The rooms were dirty-very dirty. Hair in the shower, our friends room had glass on the flower and messages left from Valentines Day on the counter. Almost no hot water-the front desk person had no way to get extra towels. Rooms had 2 towels with a 4 person occupancy. We tried to book somewhere else but due to the wrestling finals we couldn’t find any other place with availability. This is not a Baymont standard hotel and we are very dissatisfied. I will be disputing these charges with my bank.

I had read the reviews -- so many reviews raving about Stonecroft Inn -- and wondered if they were all genuine. I decided to take a chance on staying at Stonecroft Inn for 4 nights and I was so glad I did! We had minimal interaction with people working at the inn, but the encounters we did have were all pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and updated. It included a very comfortable king-size bed, a small sofa and a coffee table; a desk with comfortable chair; a cabinet that consisted of 3 drawers and an enclosure for a small fridge; and a moveable ottoman. The tv was large enough to be viewed from the bed or from the sofa. There were plenty of lamps and outlets. The room-darkening curtains were very effective. The bath area was divided into a sink area with a large mirror and then a tub/shower and toilet. This area, too, was updated and included all that we needed including plenty of towels and a hair dryer. And even though our room fronted on a busy street, we never really heard traffic noise. Based on the large number of vehicles in the parking lot, it appeared that the inn, understandably, enjoyed a great deal of repeat business. Breakfast was included but we did not partake. The lobby and our room were all very clean. I would definitely stay at the Stonecroft Inn again.
