"This hotel was booked when I took my children to school. The overall feeling was still very good. The service staff at the front desk of the hotel were particularly enthusiastic and the breakfast was very good."

"In order to catch an early flight, I chose to stay in a hotel near the airport. I thought the noise from the plane would be loud, but it was surprisingly quiet. The room was large and clean. The key point is that it is very close to the airport. To be more precise, it is located inside the airport. It takes less than 1 minute to walk to the terminal. It is very convenient."

"I love the service here. Richard at the front desk is just absolutely amazing. He is courteous and professional. I am a regular customer and he always goes above and beyond. As far as the facilities themselves.... no complaints. It's typically good and clean. The location is very convenient and close to the airport offering a free shuttle to BDL Airport around the clock."

"Quaint location in Windsor Locks next to Ruby Tuesday’s and several restaurants. Service at reception (George) is very friendly and welcoming. Clean facilities. A little gym and pool on the ground floor that are just enough to stay active and keep in shape. Would happily stay here again!"

"My stay was overall positive. The check-in process was excellent – the front desk staff were very efficient and friendly, and I was in my room in no time. The best feature by far is the coffee in the breakfast area; having genuine Costa coffee was a fantastic way to start the morning. The breakfast selection itself was a bit limited, though it was pretty much what I expected for the price point. I did notice a small issue with the cleanliness upon entering my room, as the bed sheets had a noticeable stain."

"The price is great! They are fully staffed and courtesy. They have a pool and the lobby is very clean. However, in all honesty, there needs to be a day of DEEP CLEANING. Spiderwebs and dusty walls and stair case. Stained window curtains and bed sheets. Bathroom vents revealed other room arguing very clearly. And the stained towels I really did not like! Luckily I keep face clothes & towels with me. And even pillows and blankets to throw on top of theirs. Oh and I really disliked the “hot” breakfast thru offer. Only thing hot is one waffle maker for entire hotel. No eggs. Only protein was protein peanut butter bars & that’s not good protein and some ppl allergic to nuts. No dairy free options if I recall for the cereal. And only orange juice no other juice alternatives. Just very basic but overall I would give 3 1/2 stars bc it could be worse. I am more concerned more so with the cleanliness of the everywhere outside the lobby, sheets & towels can be replaced."
